  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     5. I really like Zaoll Dreaming Luv, but they're just a little bit too big for the rest of my collection. I couldn't make that height work with my other dolls.
      It's a bummer because they are super pretty.

    6. That new 90cm doll by Lee El....the Livan is gorgeous, and I've always wanted a doll that big that was in proportion. But goodness gracious $1100 for a doll. Or $1500 if I got him that fabulous red outfit he came with. Ugh. I would say maybe one day, but I seriously doubt that.

    9. Iplehouse Jessica, because as beautiful as she is I just feel like I wouldn't like her as much in person. DollChateau Alberta, because I love her sculpt and her body, but the human feet just seem...odd on a centaur-like body. I also would constantly worry about her antlers.

    10. suzunachi, I have the DC Alberta and I :aheartbea all her 4 feet! And the antlers are surprising sturdy, so now that I have handled her for a bit I'm not worried about them anymore.

      For now the Dollshe Saint sculpt is my all time favorite; I've been wanting one for years. But I'ts been a crazy year in which I seem to be able to get all the grail dolls I've ever wanted: the Souldoll Souloid, the DC Alberta (& Ada) and now that Dollshe has a big sale, well, I guess this is my chance to get my Saint!

      And after that, I'm not sure there is any old sculpt left that I hunker after (other than general Luts SD sculpts; I just :aheartbea Luts!) There is the brand new Luts centaur, but that can't count as a long time longing since he's only been announced a month ago!

    11. Iplehouse Rex Special Force IP. :aheartbea Even tho I want this sculpt so much I just can't bring myself to pay that much for him; mostly because he doesn't fit as any of my characters. And as he is limited edition so once I actually got the money and worked up the courage to buy him he'd more then likely be sold out. For now I guess I'm stuck just wanting him from afar. But who knows maybe I'll find one in the marketplace at the right time and snatch him :)

    13. I really love Iplehouse Arvid, but I'm not sure I can justify shelling out the money I need to create his character any time in the near future. Aside from him there's Soom Onyx in grey skin who is absolutely stunning, but probably out of my reach at the moment.

    14. Update: I'd love to have a Souldoll centaur, yes that really big huge horse-man; I just adore large dolls and quadrupeds in particular. But the budget says 'no', so no it is.... :(

    16. I am absolutely in love with the sculpt of Ignis from Luts. It's mostly his prominent, aquiline nose that gets me! Unfortunately, he was sold years before I got into the doll hobby and also a limited edition. Few people actually have Ignis, so I guess I'll have to stalk around and pine over their beautiful boys. u . u

    18. Getting dolls like feeple chloe or those soom dolls is not impossible. Once you've acquired some nice dolls to love (and have stilled your more immediate doll craving) it's much easier to start saving for real. Even if it's only a little bit each month and even if it takes you three years to safe up enough. Three years is not forever, so persevere and you will make it.

      I think I've reached that point; I have a really nice eclectic collection and so I bought my last grail doll on extended layaway (he's since arrived) and he was my last grail doll. I now have time to safe up in case another must have doll comes by in a year or two (and if not I'll buy another Dollshe ;)). With the lovely boys and girls I have don't need to feel lonely for dolly love while I safe.
