Indeed, we did. And he was a great big one, too. Nell likes her men, erm frogs on the hunky side. I guess if a girl has an imaginary friend, they may as well be handsome!

 

LOL--I don't know why, but a Hunk of a frog just really tickled my funny bone!!!

 

LOL yup, not many fairy stories start "Once upon a time there was a big HUNK of a frog ...." Maybe they should. Maybe we should be looking for hunky frogs and not weedy vain princes?

OMG--PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And complete with matching crowns--now I think I see what is going on, Nell actually comes from the frog world--that royal guy is her King Daddy, and she is a princess who was transformed--but unlike the fairy tales where the frog is turned into a princess, in this case the princess WAS a frog who got turned into a human! Well, a Baby Fairy human. Which explains Nells love for frogs.

 

ooo you could have something there! I went to get my haircut today and in the shop window next door was that guy ... I couldnt leave him behind and they sure looked happy to see each other.

No, I bought it from the same seller that Jenny gave us the link to for the perfect fit shoes. She has some lovely mini stuff and both price and ship are great. I had to get King Daddy when I saw his crown coz Nell already had one and it was too perfect

 

LOL! It is a perfect match! I love Jenny's thought process! Because otherwise, we might have to believe that Nell was **whispers** stepping out on Gervais!!! And Nell just doesn't seem like that sort of a girl! I like the frog princess theory much better!

 

Me too. Nell used to live with Jenny so there is a connection between them

I think Thea got turned into a frog once ... hmm or maybe she got turned "back" into a frog. Maybe Jenny has a house full of baby girls who used to be frog Princesses?

I dont think they believed her..... luckily Princesses have broad shoulders and dont really care what their subjects think about them.

 

How wonderful to wake up to new froggy pictures!!! Its good to see Kizzy & Tamsin too, but they'd better watch out laughing behind Nell's back...they may end up being turned into frogs. I have no doubt that Nell has a litte witch in her.

 

So Nell really IS royalty--no wonder she wanted a crown and princess dress. I think I shall have to make her a princess dress fitting of her place in the frog world--hmmm, I already have ideas!! Thea is much too lady like to ever wear fun things like frog dresses--but I love making things!

Well I just paid Secretdoll for the two baby fairy wigs I ordered, and they will be added to my Dazzle shipment--yay!

LMAO Jenny, I LOVE that story. My fav photo is when Thea is standing with the frog towel on and little Butterbean is rolling hysterically on the floor. Both faces are perfect!

I didnt know Secretdoll had wigs, or did you ask them? What did you get

 

I just asked them if I could order a black wig too because they informed me my Yogi will be blonde haired and blue eyed. Apparently that is "default" now and they don't take special requests. We'll see how this goes. At the rate I am going with them, I have a feeling they are going to tell me to never come back once this order if filled!

 

Someone in the last thread--was it Linakauno?? Had ordered baby fairy wigs, so I knew you could order them. I purchased a blond one and a black one, and asked they add it to my Dazzle order so I don't have to pay shipping twice. I had ordered Dazzle on Sunday, and they said the purchase of the wigs would delay my doll shipment because I ordered the wigs "later"--??? So Darkstar, be prepared for them to send your dolls later than they planned to originally!

I didn't know they HAD a "default" color--I thought it said random.

Anyway, Thea got a new wig today--her old one was really stiff and crunchy feeling, this one is mohair and nice and soft. She says she will steer clear of the twins because they are NOT going to take this wig!

 

Thats a gorgeous wig. It suits her very well.

 

It is a lovely wig, Jenny! I guess my "random" was blonde hair, blue eyes. Better go check Secretdoll Q&A to see what they have to tell me now! Maybe we are helping them improve their English with all this back and forth. Now they seem to understand pretty well what I am asking (and are really good at basically saying "no" in nice ways)!

 

Thanks, I am not sure about it, but it is better than her old one (that the twins hid somewhere--lol, they probably buried it!)

I attached a pic of Dollightfuls dolls to my post, as she has one with black hair and one with blond--I figured it was best to SHOW them what I was ordering instead of counting on their English. This morning they left a message saying yes, they understood, and not to worry! I think their English must be pretty good.
