Senior Delf Boy Frey and Delf Jess

I still don't know...he would kinda work for Seek...course, this would be my third attempt at finding him in doll form, and the first two just 'kinda worked' as well...until the things that were wrong about them annoyed me enough. -__-
I'm gunna think on it awhile. Glad he's not limited.

 

Does anyone else see fangs on the White Skin Frey? Maybe I'm just seeing things but that's all I can see when I look at him. This may also explain why is lips seem to be painted so strangely. I really can't wait to see some user pics of this doll so I can get a better idea of what the mold looks like!

 

I love Jess! He is perfect for a character I've been planning. big eyes an all. but I'd still love to see a sleeping version of him.

 

I change my opinion about Jess. If to look narrowly, it lovely enough. Unfortunately it have very unsuccessfully photographed. Here so it can be if to clarify his eyes and little change eyebrowes.

I ordered FREY in normal skin, with Luts default makeup.

I love that he's basic - I can see him in non-default face-ups and decide if he's really right for me ^_^ With a lot of my other dolls it was 'buy it or loose it' so when I get them they're either wrong for the character or totally not what I expected. =(

And this totally gives me time to work off my Ethan purchase XDD

I'm almost certain. I've found Kiyoshi a boyfriend! They'll be a beautiful couple. Frey's just mature enough, without the harshness of Abadon's face (he's only supposed to be 2-3 years older than Kiyo). I guess that cute Amakusa Shiro at the last doll meet will have to find someone else (unless they just want to mess around until I've saved up for Frey). I knew if I was patient I'd find the right sculpt! Now I have to discover his name and start plugging the piggy bank...Whee, I'm excited!

Milodrums, thank you so much Yes, I'm planning to use black fur wig as his default! (I think he can be very nice Hijikata!) So I promise to share a lot of photos of Frey & black wig fur wig.

Yay! I'm so glad someone ordered a Frey. I can't wait to see more pics of him.

I love my Ethan and really want to get more senior delf boys. If I can afford it by Christmas this year, I want to get a Bliss and an Annette and switch their bodies. I think Bliss is a lovely headmold for a girl (must be the eyes), and most of the Annette boys I've seen have been well done.

I wish Luts would show one pic of the heads without hair, or at least without the girly hair on the guys. I'd love to see Frey with short, dark hair.

 

Good work with that picture, Liliana. The lighter color for the eyes and the change of the angle of the eyebrow make him much more appealing. Jess isn't my personal cup of tea, but I think it was poorly thought out by Luts to give him a light outfit and blond wig, but give him almost black eyes. I hope other people see your pics and change their minds.

Liliana is right, I think Jess has a lot of overlooked potential. I hate to say it but the luts official pics could have been planned a little better. A less extreme faceup and a few other changes could really bring out the shape of the mold. One of the problems I see that really warps the appearance of the mold is the thick eyeliner, it makes the eyes look a lot wider than they really are.

Ardi: FREAKIN' GORGEOUS...@_____@;;; the rendering...wow....makes me rethink my distaste for him. I think he could look a lot better with a new faceup....but I still have to see owner pics for him....i agree LUTS did a bad job presenting him..hopefully someone will get him and fix him up perfectly
