Senior Delf DION and CIAN limited

I hope they do re-release them again like they said they might!

You do have something there with the alphabetical order. I looked inside my Bliss's head cap and it says: SDF-2. Meaning he is the 2nd mold for Senior Delfs. ^-^

And on another note...I am really liking the Cian model now. His very soft gentle face. I just want to give him a big hug!
Which may lead to confusion if I get him, being that my Bliss' name is Cian (I named him way back in June before the Cian mold came out). LOL!

He is just perfect for my character. I dont have any regret buying him eventhough I have to go through so many hardship and hurt

 

so, just checking... but does anyone know if is it for certain or kinda up in the air that luts will release Dion one last time? I will really kick myself if I find that I missed out on him for good!

 

Considering Luts has said that this was "the first 100 sets for this round", and i recall someone asking on the q&a and luts said they'd release the next round around xmas, i think. I'm pretty sure its not a problem ^^

Although, i'd assume since they said it in multiple places (and didnt try to hide it when someone asked on q&a, like i heard happened with the nonexistant tan harang) it'll happen. Especially because so many people love them. Especially Dion. Might not hurt to poke at the q&a again to make sure the answer hasnt changed though, i guess.

--hmm...if elf lishes were giong to be standard, what about els? ^.~ Even though it'll never happen, i would jump on the chance to get one of those boys XD

i can't recall, but i think the initial elf releases were promised to eventually be made standard. and there was a lot of disappointment when that wasn't done.

i wish i could've gotten one of the original elf els... there's something about their faces which is different from the re-release. ;o;

 

Hey guys, sorry for the necro, but I'm in the market for one of those gorgeous Dion's, and I must admit I've been ignoring Luts a bit-how much should I expect to pay for him second hand? I know Luts said they'd restock him but..Luts doesn't always speak the truth and now with their ZuZu line and the event coming up I don't want to take any chances.

So..does Dion come up for sale often and how much should I expect to pay for him? ...any of you actually have a Dion you want to rehome? XD(..that's a stretch, I know, but I have to try-I love this guy and I'm so sad I can't get him firsthand! ;-; )

but i believe that was with the promise that they would come back. and they did, briefly, when LUTS put up a handful more (i think--my timeline is somewhat wonky).

i'm hoping that LUTS is telling the truth when they said that they'd would release him in batches.

 

I really like Dion!! he is very cute though he is a bit expensive for me since Christmas is coming and I already order 2 dolls T_T.

 

Thanks I hope they're going to release him in batches too but I'm a bit weary of trusting Luts word for 100%...and I don't really like waiting until they feel like restocking XD The price you paid is very reasonable, I hope I can find a Dion as well :3

 

Dion is definitely the more popular, but I find myself totally stuck on Cian. I just love his big, soulful eyes and his slightly melancholy look. I am such a sucker for slightly sad-looking, elegant boy faces! Even when I discovered his eyes were lopsided, it didn't affect my feelings for him at all. I thought I'd be disappointed, but instead it just made him more realistic to me (as human faces are rarely symmetrical, and even my own eyes are different. Drives me nuts whenever I have to put eyeliner on!).

I'm really, really hoping I can afford to get him during the Christmas event... he already has his name and character in my mind and everything. I'm going to have to work really hard to afford him though...

It makes it more suspicious to me if this is what Luts meant by re-releasing, but Anhel Dion is HOT! You MUST post pictures and lots of them when you get him. XD

 

I've taken a liking to Cian recently...
I honestly did not like Abadon AT ALL (or Bliss, for that matter)
but I have a new repect for Bliss now that my friend got him...
They're much nicer in person, I think.
I still think Abadon looks kind of scary, though. Kind of like a pedophile.

I think so far, all the SDFs look MUCH MUCH better in person than they look on the site. O_O;;

I've seen Abadon in person and he's actually rather nice looking. There's been some people who've taken some STUNNING pictures of him as well (but the pics on Luts make him look kinda scary). Dion was kinda "meh" on the site (too broody looking for my tastes), but I bought him anyway cause a friend of mine really wanted him, so I figured it was a no loss situation, cause if I didn't like him, my friend was planning to buy him off me when she had the money later in the fall. I got him and within 2 minutes, he was my favourite ever. I can't even think of ever selling him now...

I've never seen a Bliss or Cian, but if Bliss is nicer in real life as well, that makes 3 out of 4. XD

 

I was wondering whether anyone had bought him. Congrats, I can't wait for you to post pics

 

I definitly will! XD But you're right, it makes me suspicious about the rerelease too..then again, an art delf is something completely different in terms of..everything, availability, price, people who want it(I mean, you're not going to buy an art delf unless you love the whole package-or maybe if you have money to spare xD)so it would be a bit odd..might also be that they wanted to restock Dion but didn't have the time but saw he was really popular so did the Art delf for now and restock later? Maybe? Sort of?

i've found that owner picsture show the beauty of the SDF guys far better than the stockpics do. since their default faceups don't always flatter the sculpt. :\
