Senior Delf DION and CIAN limited

My clock was 12:06 (korean time) when Dion out of stock O_O

 

Any idea if they released them all at once or are doing it in chunks? o_o

Still 14 of Cian left right now.... so those who wants him better be quick.

Luts releases all the quantities at the same time.

The only one that comes back are the orders that did not go thru.

 

DANG. thats faster than fast. yeah i didn't get on until around 12:30 korean time, and they were sold out when i got on. Can't Believe they went out so fast @_@ and on the other end of the spectrum, i can't believe Cian isn't sold out already.

 

Cian was never the popular one, lawl, though he's definitely gotten more attention. Nothing compared to the Breakaway re-release then again.

Though seriously...I'm quite shocked that Dion sold out so fast...took a while for both of these boys to sell out last time. Congrats to all that got their lovely new boys!

XD You know, I bought a Dion first time around, because I thought he looked like Breakaway, only to trade him for a Cian shortly after recieving him because without his site make-up, I just wasn't fond of any of his sculptural features. I thought this time, Cian would be the one to sell out first because Dion looks nothing like Breakaway when a bunch of people said he did, but nah XD

i still remember the first time I bought my Dion, it's very very slow to finish. Cian took several months, I think ^^;; But then, about Dion v/s breakaway lookalike, there's some similarity somehow. Because my boys, Natsu and Megumi, my friends keep saying how similar they have esp the eyes part. It might not be too obvious , but when see really closely, we can call them siblings, if that even counted

 

yeah i know >_o im running a GO, and i was going to order him with that, BUT they decided to sell a lot father than I expected. Ill just combine shipping in a week when i place the GO, i guess.

 

Damn I missed Dion :\ I bought Cian anyway because I need the body, let's hope someone has a dion (or even bliss really) to swap with me 0_o;

 

NOt Fair Dion is Sold out!! I hope someone would want to sell his head..I really wanted to order him too.

 

Keep a look out over the next few days, when the luts staff gets back from holiday they'll go through the orders and cancel any that haven't been paid yet, so he may go back up for sale.

 

hitomifrens>> well, i'm waiting on a set of twins from soom. if they work out, i won't need both of my dion twins (from the first roud) anymore, and i'd sell one. :3

The whole Dion sold out in like 5 minutes thing is crazy @__@. I assumed Cian would be sold out fast, too, so I kind of flipped out while I was at school haha.

I've been wanting a doll for 2 years and I suddenly feel deeply in love with Cian the day before the re-release. I've always been hesitant (hence the 2 years) but freaking out at school wondering if all the Cians were gone made me realize I really needed to just do it.

I'm desperately trying to determine if I actually want Cian or if I'm being twitchy because he's a limited edition and I'm afraid that I might never find him again if it turns out I actually do want him.

But then, I also like Yder and Shine!

It would also be my first bjd - maybe I have first doll jitters?

Does anyone have any words of wisdom, advice, and/or inspiration for me? I would be most appreciative!

 

Heh, I just caved and ordered my Cian today. Of course, I'd been agonizing over him ever since I missed out on the first release, so I knew the caving was probably going to happen...

I'd recommend looking at lots and lots of owner photos to help you make the decision. Company photos aren't always the most helpful - owner photos will give you a much better idea what you can do with a given doll. Luckily, all those should be easily searchable in the gallery, unlike so many of the dolls out there with only three-letter names!

Good luck! And luckily if you decide you want Cian, it looks like you have a bit more time to go for him. (I personally think I'm very lucky that I like Cian better than Dion and he's nowhere near as popular! )

 

Thank you for the advice! I've been checking out some galleries, and I think I've ruled out Yder - I just don't like the way his eyes are shaped quite as much as I like Cian's and Shine's.

I'm still a tiny bit conflicted, since there are considerably less Cians out there than there are Shines, so it's harder to judge from the pictures available which one I like better.

I think I might just let fate decide, since I'm so unable to make up my mind (I am going to blame my indecisiveness on being a Libra!). If Cian lasts until Monday, when I can get up to the bank to put some money in my account, I'll get him. If not, it'll be Shine.

XD I use it all the time - primarily in order to get my boyfriend to choose where we go or what we do. "I don't know; I'm a Libra! I can't make up my mind!"

It's the anytime excuse, and I use it liberally! =D
