Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I like both of them, they are incredibly gorgeous. Would anyone happen to know if LUTS are willing to split dolls? because i am looking for a body to match a DIM Minimee head i have ordered.

    3. I don't believe Luts would do that. I'd just organize a split with someone here in the Marketplace who maybe wants a head?

      shelliebelle: When you split a doll, it's usually between the head and the body. One person gets the body, the other gets the head.

    4. A split is when the doll is taken apart and the parts go to separate people, such as one person gets the head and the other gets the body, or one person gets the doll and the other gets the limited outfit it comes with, etc, etc.

      I think it would be best to arrange a split on DoA, though, don't concern the company with it.

    5. Wow, I would love to be able to do something like that, since I'm no longer sure I can justify spending so much money on a complete set right now! I want a Cian head so badly!

      But it's still like 20 days until I can use the marketplace, and I'm sure Cian'll be sold out by then. :...(

      But in the event that anyone is thinking of buying a new-type body and doesn't want the Cian head...I will definitely buy it as soon as I can access the marketplace!

    13. I nabbed myself a Cian tonight~ *does a happy dance* I've been eyeing him up since Luts put up the notice about re-releasing Cian and Dion, but I wasn't sure whether I wanted Cian or not. I ended up falling in love with Yder during the process, but the more I compared the two, the more I liked the SDF body over the normal Delf body....

      That, plus the first doll I ever wanted was a KDF Bory... and Cian looks like an adult Bory (could explain my attraction towards him) XD!!!

      I really want him, but I think at this rate I'll have to save up the money (I could put it on a credit card, but I really don't want to do that!) and hope one comes up in the marketplace. Will you take pictures of him when he comes in so we can marvel at his beauty? ^^

    18. Haha! Is there something special about the Senior Delf version 2 body? I know very little about how the bodies are made or how they fit together, so I don't quite understand the desire for the body. ;__;

    19. Well, there's quite a big difference if you compare the Senior Delf bodies to the normal Delf body. For one thing, there's a mid-torso joint just below the chest in the SDF body while the Delf body is just a single torso (no upper and lower section). I like dolls that have the split torso, it makes it easier to make the doll slouch or hunch forward in my opinion.

      Other than that... the SDF bodies are more muscular, even though I think some of the muscles seem a bit over the top where they're positioned. What I love most about the new type SDF body is the double joints and extra thigh joint though. They're similar to the double joints my Dream of Idol has, so I'm hoping they'll give a similar degree of poseability too :)

    20. Oh, neat. ^^

      I don't really know anything about their poseability, yet - I'll probably learn a lot more by having one than by seeing pictures of them, though. I get the feeling it's easier to understand by actually physically seeing and feeling how all the joints bend and move.

      Thanks for educating me on it, though! I'm woefully underinformed, I feel. ^^
