  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. does anyone else get a crazy price for shipping?

      i would love to get one of their dolls with a number of smaller accessories and a stand. when i added it all to my cart it said the shipping would be $234 to the UK >_____<
      i haven't placed any order because of that, i've messaged them but no reply :(

    4. I am going to wait until later in the year to get my Ava or Suu from them. I do hope they can fix the shipping price, I know it was not that high to ship before.

    5. Yeah- I would check back later, that does not sound right at all! Shipping should be between $45 - $65 depending on where you live

    7. Hm.. The Supia summerevent was just announced and I cannot see myself making it in time to participate in it, meaning I am focusing on getting a Nova this summer :D (I might take an Ava head with too since I am not sure which one I like best) Iiiih~~
      Hopefully they have cleared up any troubles they had with the shop before July ^^

    12. ive messaged twice on the Q&A, once on flickr and emailed directly and heard nothing back from serenade from anywhere. they seem to be answering questions from people who have actually already placed an order and have questions but everyone who's querying general things inc crazy shipping costs haven't had a reply. I wonder if they are just super busy. i read on one reply something about staff having 3 holidays. i'm just gonna be patient now before they blacklist me for too many questions ^_____^

      i also emailed the ebay rep on ebay and they replied on 2 occasions, but then i emailed them directly via their website (they only have certain things listed in their shop and certain things on ebay shop) with everything i would like to order and heard nothing back *sigh*

    13. Thanks for the link, Jeeryama did get back in touch with me and if I decide to do a layaway with her/them I would need to put down more than $50 USD amount. I would go that route if Serenade doll can't fix the shipping issue on their website.

    18. It went down this weekend -probably due to bandwidth issues which seems to be a regular occurrence. The website goes down all the time but comes back up. It is up now...

      Anyone else get the super high heel feet? What are you doing for shoes? I might take another stab at carving some shoes for casting- but it is HARD. I'd rather have someone do it who knows what they are doing (preferably with a price tag that is not $500)
