Shoes, boots and sneakers for DoT boys

Ro also fits the Binneal Kwangju(sp?) boot Luts used to have, so if you see any on the secondary market, they fit wonderfully (even over the ankles of doom).

 

Apparently Luts shoes should fit the DOT boys. One of my friends has a Shiwoo and a pair of his Luts shoes are practically big enough for a Hound.

 

These shoes fit a DoT Camine perfectly. !

Does anyone know if SD13 dollheart boots fit Dream of Doll DOT's? I'm assuming they do, since most SD13 sizes seem to fit, but I'd like to be sure before I spend the money. Thanks!

 

yes, they do, I have dollheart boots and they fit my hound, but still look good on Luts boys, and DoT are in between.

 

Oh dollheart shoes fit DOT alright but you have to struggle with them to get them on and off. Once they are on there though they look so fantastic you won't care that it just took you 10 minutes to put on a pair of shoes.

 

Well, It depends, I bought a pair of boots for my Dot from dollheart, yes you struggle to put them on and off, but guess what if you do that alot, then, the shoe fabric will rip from the plastic platform base of the shoe, VERY easily ruined, because they were so extremely tight on my DOT feet. I wasted a good $50 for shoes that you cant even put on and off your doll without struggling and ripping them, careful on the choices of boots you pick.

Both shoes are for SD13.
These fit great on my Dot no wear and tear. Reason why these had no zipper on the back.



These fit but struggled alot to pull out from feet....and tore the bottom shoe platform from the shoe leather. They rip easy. They had a zipper on the back.


My advice to you, stick with hound shoes, although SD13 shoes looks cooler, they will probably not last long if you pull the shoe off and on alot. Specially if you take pictures and change shoes alot.

 

I would be wary since they become smaller at the toes. :X

Oh, I'd be careful if you plan to order from BJDdollarama....I've heard lots of warnings about their terrible business practices.

 

Just be careful with the Luts shoes on your DoT boys. I got a pair and they're a -really- tight fit. Some don't fit at all if they're too narrow or you bend the show out of place.

The trigonal boots are even a tight fit - poor Vo can't wear socks with them and even then it's a struggle to get his foot in (length) and zipped up at the back.

if you're not careful with shoes that are tight you will end up ruining or ripping the leather and then it's sad since you spent $50 or some such on shoes only to have ruined them after a few tries

 

I want to test somethings, as Dollmore doesn't say SD and SD13 seperately, so I'm buying a pair of cheap sneakers for my Homme Duncan. If they fit, I'll look for nice boots for him.

 

I've been wondering that! If dollmore shoes would fit DOTs, please tell me if they do~! (I hope they do!)

 

I have a Camine too my boy shoes from Posh all fit (have 3 pairs of thier boots and a pair of their patent black dress shoes) They are all a tight fit but will fit his feet. That club foot ball of the foot really makes fitting shoes difficult. I am interested to read more about ones that do fit, as I am scared to buy and find they don't work.

 

O my word..this is a huge help. My mom was so upset that the Volks boots she bought my boy for Christmas werent fitting right. She did manage to stretch them out a little and force them on. But now I worry that they'll never come off!

 

I managed my poor Vo's feet into a pair of Minarou Sd13 boy shoes but they were very rounded at the toe to accomodate for his wide feet XD

although note, some people have had problems with the metal zipper stops coming off (and therefore, the zipper pull). When I heard that I pinched the zipper stops with a pair of pointy pliers, and am careful when zipping them up. So far I've had no problems.

but they show out of stock; however, that means that Angel Region's other 'L' sized shoes will probably fit (they are huge, they swam on my CP boy's feet).

 

I wouldn't pay that much for converse shoes when I can get them for 1-3 dollars on Ebay.

I really like the luts mighty ankle boots that I have for Dorian. I also have a pair from nightfall walker, but they need a doll shoe horn to get them off and a small struggle to get them done up.

Does anyone know where I can find sneaker-looking shoes that will fit a DOT? DOD doesn't have any and I've checked Iplehouse, but they don't have any either.

Pretty sure there are. Last I checked, they were easy to find on eBay and I think there are some on dollmore.
