Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I came over here to say I also got into the pre-order and was looking forward to getting a doll, but then I remembered to check if my payment ever cleared and... PayPal still has it flagged as "the recipient should have the money by April 1st." o_o
      I talked to Deokhyun back at the end of March and she said that since the hold was on her end, I was all set, but now I'm worried about it getting to her and her having the funds she needs for manufacturing. PayPal isn't supposed to hold funds for more than 21 days. Is there anything I should do on my end to help the transaction along?

    4. Call PayPal and speak to someone directly. They held money that was pending and was supposed to be released once the time was delivered. Glitch or something on their end. Call them and speak to someone.

    5. Thank you!!! I called PayPal and they were able to confirm the flag was being showed in error and the money had already been delivered and retrieved. Whew.

      Back to patiently waiting, lol.

    19. I think you got your answer, but I spoke to them recently. They responded to my email within a few days. (It was a layaway question, so no news about the possible shipping, sorry!).

      I think they only told a few emails they'd send payment requests. By the time they'd gotten to my email, she asked that everyone just send payment to her because it had gotten overwhelming haha.
