Smaller Jaime doll ...need !!!

I have been so bad lately..I must stop buying these tiny dolls!! I have four on order right now...including Ara...is this an adiction or what!!! I am gonna blame a lot of it on all the pictures and talk on DOA...that's it....I'll blame that...no,no...sigh

Now all I have to do is wait. Yes I'm addicted too and I don't have any dolls in my hands yet. Ara comes with two heads, so I'm figuring I'm going to have to look for another body to put the other head. Some one here on the forum said that it was a marketing strategy to get us to buy another body. They could be right I was looking for another body and a wig last night. And while we're at it clothes. Thought I should wait till I get her before buying more items though.

 

Does anyone know if a Lati Yellow head would fit on the 15cm Jaime doll body? I really like the Lati heads but love the double joints and torso joint on this body.

Also - is it the same resin used to cast Lati dolls? Will it be a perfect match?

 

I don't think anyone has gotten their dolls yet---

I asked Jaime doll if a Lati Yellow head would be compatible for the small adonis body and they said that the neck piece would be 2mm too large, but if you let them know on the Q&A board after you order that the body is for a Lati Yellow head then they would modify the neck piece free of charge for you. Also, a Jaime doll head would fit on a Lati Yellow body no problem.

Also, Jaime doll parts will not be available through the Lati website.

 

Hmm - anyone know why the small adonis body hasn't gone on sale yet?

 

Got the email and tracking from Jamie Doll this morning--Ara is on her way home!!!!! I am so excited! (Happy Dolly Dance!!)

DRAT!! She is less than an hours flight from me, but stuck there due to a huge snowstorm!! I thought the mail was supposed to go thru no matter what---

Thanks everyone--I admit there was something "off" about her--then today I realized she needs a dark wig to bring out those fabulous eyes. NOW I am in love!!!!!

 

Carrie, she really needs the darker wig--you can make her one. The silver just washed her out.

She is such a wonderful size, and a great poser!!! I had some shoes that fit her, I think they might be Ginny shoes.
