Soom Aloha and Sob

-___- This is so not fair! I adore their face (at least, I think they are the exact same mold just in different colors) and really want one >_< I can't afford the full doll at the moment though... >_> Maybe a split.....
Although, I have a feeling that most people want the head and not the centaur body...

 

Has anyone seen the new post Soom has put out, it says they are putting these guys out in human form after the period for the centaurs is over.

Maybe having both available at the same time for Pyrol and Minette was too much for them so they've split up the ordering periods.

Now I don't know which one I want

 

Well remember if they are putting them up as humans that means no Fantasy Ears and most likely no Green resin. They have yet to put out the Fantasy colors for an any day buy. Doesn't mena they won't but they may not. So if you like the Elf ears you may want to try to get a split on the head.

hmm is anyone asking soom if they are releasing the human versions with the elf ear head and green skin? I'd defo be interested in that. But I also want that outfit and the eyes so unless they put them up straight after its not really much good.

 

I would guess they'll have green skin but not elf ears, judging by the human/fantasy MD pairs. This "special order" seems to me to basically be an MD where all the options are sold separately, so you don't have to buy the doll in order to buy the outfit, wig, eyes, etc. or you can get just the fantasy or human version. Probably they decided to do it after seeing how many splits go on here and how many people sell one version or the other because they only wanted one to begin with.

 

Well, if the human version has no elf ears, I will not order. I'm fond of white skin, so green resin doesn't matter to me, but elf ears would definitely be a buying factor.

 

I want elf ears with human bodies.

edit: I just message them wanting Aloa/Sov elves on Human bodies.

 

So Soom's layaway only goes for 90 days, right? ~ponders over how to bring Sov home~

 

Ohman, the more I think about Aloa, the more I want him, but I want to spend the money on other things, like my computer! DX WHY DID YOU HAVE TO COME OUT WITH ADORABLE LIMITED TINIES, SOOM?

 

Ugh, Soom tortures me greatly. I'm pining for a green Sov with the elf ears and human body - but I have a darn feeling the skin color and ears will be gone with the human option. Mizunotsubasa, I eagerly await to hear your response from Soom. ^^

 

I can't wait to hear the verdict about the human version, because if it doesn't have the ears I'm getting a centaur

 

I agree - I just love the face, but I really want the ears too... Well, I suppose I wouldn't complain too much, if I end up not being able to split and get just a head - a human Aloa would cost less anyways... Then I could always finangle a way to get a centaur body later... *ponders*

 

It is nice that they will be selling a human version, I'm sure many people will like that. But their elf ears are a big selling point for me (so rare to see a Soom tiny with open eyes AND pointy ears!), so if they don't come with elf ears I doubt I'll buy one.

 

I am highly tempted by one of these baby centaurs, but I'll definitely have to do a layaway. I've been bad with Soom this year (Soomed by Dolomi and Amphibel *face-palm*), but I felt disappointed I missed out on Minette. XD;

Those little centaur bodies just look like so much fun to pose and play with, though!

 

Isn't it terrible how Soom makes you spend money you would spend other places on their adorable tinies? XD

I'm seriously considering a Sov, those centaur bodies didn't look so cute to me in the beginning, but when Minettes started comign home I knew if there was another one I was getting one. And this little one has such a cute face!

 

I jumped on getting both Pyrol and Minette; I was disappointed that missed out on Epidos, so I knew I'd be upset if I missed out on the tinies too (I love horses, so I super the centaroid bodies ^_^). And now, I am feeling roughly the same with Aloa/Sov. I can do without Sov - the green resin is awesome for a fairy-type theme, but it doesn't translate well into the mash-up I've made, combining horses of Greek legend with horse types of the American West. :P
And the sad thing is, while it took me over a month to decide that I would blush my Pyrol to be a pinto, and blush my Minette to be a palomino, it took me less that 4 hours to decide that my Aloa (since I am somehow getting my hands on a head, and a body will come later ) will be an appaloosa... Prolly will name him Arion... >_< *probably shouldn't think about any of this now*

 

See, I'm able to resist most Soom tinies because of their faces, but this one and Bygg... ;.; The faces are just too perfect! And I wouldn't be happy with just a random tiny doll without the fantasy theme, so I'm doooooomed!

 

My husband gave me the 'OK' to order one if I decide I want one (and I'm pretty sure I've been Soomed!), but I'm just undecided on which one I should get. :X

The green resin is certainly more unique and more foresty, but I'm not sure what kind of theme I want for my little centaur just yet. Do any of you have ideas in the works? :3

 

I ordered Sov on layaway, I'm totally okay with making him or her a forest sprite. I'm thinking some crazy hair colors to mix it up with their brown and green coloring.
