I received upper arms today for my Nenad from Soom as well, unannounced, unexpected. An enclosed note said it was because they noticed after the original shipment that the original arms did not move "naturally". I haven't had an opportunity to try them yet. I will be thanking them for my Nenad! Amazing service! I love Soom
Wait, so we're all going to get upgraded upper arms then? I wonder if this is for all the fairies or just the Nenad release? Will have to go compare my Nenad and Mixi arms now. Plus I ordered blushing and sanding, so I wonder if they'll be kind enough to do that on the replacement arms, otherwise I can't use them anyway!
Yes, that's what I was wondering, about blushing the arms. I mean usually if they're doing a replacement, they need the entire blushed body back to match, no? So I will keep an eye out for delightful packages but I'm not sure how it will work out for blushing and such. .hlp
I ordered blank, received blank and have had her blushed since so I will have to see if mine can be matched. Thoughtful service, I would imagine they would also send blushed for those who ordered blushing originally.... one hopes
When I got my Glot she came with two, I think it was left arms, and they just sent me out a sanded blushed replacement arm which all worked out fine, so I think they can do it. It just depends on whether they'll go to the extra effort or not. I assume we're all getting the arms now though it looks like, so I'll have to go check the mail regularly (I rarely bother as it's a separate mailbox in my building rather than coming from my front door) and keep an eye open for a package!
Hmm, can I assume the packages are being sent air mail or somesuch rather than EMS? Everyone's described them arriving in more of a normal way, while for EMS it's always go to the main post office and sign for it... .hlp
Hey.... yes via Korea post, yellow bubble wrap env ~~ never saw the mailman. Imagine they would ship them out fairly close together unless they are sending blank ones first and blushing the rest prior to departure. I had my first Nenad customized, faceup, blushed and hot glue sueded. Her arms move and hold swell so I am going to try them on another I bought from Moonshine. Appear that they are a touch different at the elbow.
i recieved replacement arms too. I was like "I didnt order anything from Soom." havent tried them cause i have never noticed a problem. still super nice of them to do.
Replacement arms came through today! Sanded and blushed! Well done Soom! And yes, they're just coming through Airmail!
Uh, I gots mine today...and one arm is lovely-blushed, while the other one's barely blushed at all...I honestly don't know what to say at this point, it's hard to complain about something that was sent to you as a freebie...? .hlp

Oh my.... I understand, does present a bit of a quandary. I hope that once attached the distance between hinders the difference from being noticeable. Slaving to pay some silly bills this week, not had a chance to change them. Has anyone tried them..... is there much improvement?

You might want to check in with the seller, yes, he or she probably has a pair of upper arms they'd have no real use for otherwise, I would speculate. .hlp
haha Yeah they probably do. But I'm not sure if I'd have a use for them, either, since most of you say you like the original arms better.
I also bought mine second hand and I just received them today. I had no idea but she was kind enough to send it to me. I may try them out to see which ones I prefer, though the pictures are great, it is still always good to get your own real life perspective. Soom and my seller was so kind to this!
