Thanks for the info! I doubt the new 2011 will show just yet (?) otherwise it could be any of the three left or a whole new SO girl like Alex. Nephelin was pretty. I would be interested in seeing her in NS.

 

I don't think soom would start on the 2011 ones yet. Although i wouldn't mind a migma xD.
Fingers crossed for breccia to be next.

 

Oh! The new female bi-weekly outfit is out. I think that means we may see a SO girl pop up soon :-)

The new Bi-weekly outfit is modeled by Beryl(?), does that give off some kind of hint that she may be the next SO?

 

Probably no, since she was done as SO already. I really hope for Breccia too, and I am afraid they release her at the end of the month when I am out of the country on holidays and maybe don't even have access to internet =(

I assume there is no real connection between BC and SO, except maybe in the timeline (BC is usually released when no MD/LC or SO is released).

 

I am very much looking forward to Breccia (hopefully on the new body, or at least an option to choose the new body). That's the only other past LE Soom sculpt that I really want to add to my collection.

 

Yeah, I too am hoping for a Breccia release- I think the outfit might be to do with Gneiss though

 

I too am going away this weekend but I'm bringing my laptop with me so I can keep track, though I can do it from my phone too. I hope they don't release her during a time period this weekend I will busy with family reunion get together! I might have to excuse myself from the table to "use the bathroom" lol but really I'll be refreshing the page for the buy now button. LOL hopefully it won't come to that!

 

I don't think, that you have to be worried. It seems that Soom has ended the piece limited SO periods. All the last SO release had been a time frame limited period. So you don't have to be online, when she gets on sale, and they are closed on weekends.

I was wondering that too. I would assume it is due soon for this month, right? I was also wondering if SOOM is being more flexing with the time of the SO, kind of like how they got rid of the MD line and now its a "when we feel like it, will put it up" so I've been wondering if this will also affect the SO line. I figured if she/he was going to be soon, they would have put the teaser up on friday so we would have something to tempt us all weekend! lol

 

I just wanted to say I think I'm safe this month. Looks like there tinies! So they shouldn't have another SO this month, right?

 

As soon as i went into the news area of DOA i actually shouted "OH NO!" because it didnt say BRECCIA
I doubt they'll have another So for this month.

 

I giggled to myself when I saw this as I at first did the same thing. I was dissapointed. You never know, she may be next month...or maybe they'll do another free choice? I doubt it though, I think that was a one time thing or once a year thing. I would have loved to have gotten her foxy parts to match.
What skin color do you guys think Breccia will be (or any upcoming doll, really)? I know that they won't do the WS because she was released in WS. Most likely it will be NS but I'm so curious what a tan or bronze, or heck even a funky color would look on her! I was really hoping it would have been a female this SO either way though because I'm dieing of curiosity if the SO will have the new body too!

 

This happened to me too - despite liking the little deviltaur!

By the way, it is still possible that they do another SO the end of this month or the beginning of the next - one never knows with Soom. They have no real schedule for the SO from what I see.

But I don't think the SO re-release dolls will have the new body, since this would mean Soom would have to change their head system to faceplate, which is not likely. Maybe if they do completely new SO females (ones that were never released before), these will have the new body.

 

Not necessarily true because you can use the old heads on the new body. You just need an S hook per SOOM. They may release her on the old body but I wonder if they will allow an upgrade in that case.

I don't know much about resin development/casting. I would assume they have the old mold and are just casting from it if it's not too worn out? I would think its hard or nearly impossible to take an old cast and "redesign" it into a face plate??

 

Just saw the pictures for the two new SO's and well i still had that "aw no breccia" feeling/thought but i kinda did think the ws one was cute. Meh still gonna wait for a breccia~
