Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Yeah, I'm paying Cuba on layaway too and I really don't realistically expect to see him till March, haha. Soom wait times are sometimes unpredictable from what I've heard, so I had hunkered myself down for a long wait before I ordered him. It seems like they're a bit behind on their Idealian schedule though-- can't wait to see what they come out with next!

    5. Hey Nancy - I just saw this. When will the human Hornblend be available? The current sale period is over on 1/11. I really like his face and he would be a good companion to my Tamir. Does it say anywhere on the Soom site that I might have missed?

    6. Yesterday the Soom jeans and shirt set came, so here is a picture of Tamir wearing them - the jeans are not as tight as I like them on my guys, especially when they have something to show, and the belt was waaay huge but I can cut it down. But it is a nice basic outfit while he waits for Lazy Guardian to sew!

      But this small detail pissed me off: The stud on back pocket came off before I even had the pants on him - the studs are glued on! Luckily I caught it before it hit the shag carpet.

    11. Hey, just an FYI for anyone looking for other heads for these boys, the "MSD-sized" DIM MNM heads seem to fit well on the Idealian51 bodies (I think they are intended for 50-60 inch bodies, in general), although it changes the feel of their proportions. With the SOOM head, the ID51 guys seem ridiculously buff, but with the DIM head, they seem like they're a little more balanced, in my opinion. I'll try to get pictures soon, but my doll is not fully strung yet... :)

    12. Interesting! I've ordered Cuba to be the companion of my Bambicrony mini, but I'm not sure how the proportion of his head/face will work with her until I see him in person. Ordering dolls for other dolls is such a cr@pshoot sometimes if you can't see them together before you buy.

    16. Before I read through this whole thread, does anyone happen to know the wig size for these guys? Is 7 too big? I have a drawer full of eyes so surely I have some that will fit, but will have to order a wig.

    20. My Cuba came yesterday! :D Man, he's hot. Atm he's just stolen some of my SD's clothes, including some fantastically circus-like striped tights and tunic. He seems to fit the tailored jackets I made for my Shiwoo elf, albeit with the cuffs pushed up.

      He's also wearing some snazzy JID boots. They fit juuust right- maybe a little more snug than i'm comfortable with, but they fit. :3 Pics later when I get some time. n.n;;
