I am having a hard time deciding on the color. I like the color transition of the Tawny/Brown but I think l may now have a spare NS body as I can't contact the faceup artist that has one of my heads. So I would have a human body for the NS/WS. I have an outfit in shades of brown would look good on the NS. Soooo hard to decide!
I know.. So hard do choose color. I had problems choosing while I did the order but I ended up with the brown skin after all. I think a normal skin body would look pretty cool with a brown skin centaur body. If we have had that option I think I might have gone for that combination. I'm so excited This is the first doll I have ever ordered from SOOM. How long is the waiting time usually for limited SOOM dolls?
I get all itchy looking at him I must admit, he is just so gorgeous. I'm going to wait for a centaur with pointed ears though, that was really my last straw in order to stop spending. Congrats to everyone for their orders, I'm excited for you !

I'm still speechless. All I can think of is...Why Soom?!!! This preorder is crazy! I'm not usually into centaurs or mythical creatures and he has grown on me. And Hornblend human! Too many decisions. Not to mention trying to decide on colors! Why!!!! On a more rational note, Nancy I'm so sorry to hear about your normal skin head. That's just terrible! Maybe you can find the artist on another forum or maybe someone knows the person personally? I've had this happen to me a few times with commissions for clothes. Eventually they got back to me, though one took over a year! The times it's happened to me have been because of medical issues and one time the seller lost the password on her account. Don't give up. I can't imagine how heart broken you must feel. Especially since its so hard to find just a head. I hope you hear from the artist soon!
I think I've finally decided on the centaur in Tawny/BT with the extra legs and feet. I am still hopeful on recovering my Hornblend head. I may contact Soom and see if I can get a replacement. Then the original head will probably show up! mamabusama, maybe someone on the KDF thread could provide a picture with a JID. Then with the picture earlier in this thread, you might get an idea of how the size compares. The KDF centaur boy is less realistic.
Well, I do have a KDF centaur at home. So I will be able to do a comparison my self once I got my Hornblend centaur home. I just hoped I could find another comparison before I get my Hornblend centaur home. I'm trying to figure out if I should keep my KDF centaur or not. It is less realistic like you said. And I kinda prefer the more realistic and mature type. Yeah, I guess I could try to ask on the KDF thread as well. The Tawny and BT is beautiful. Did you order yet? I did order him this afternoon in Tawny/BT with the extra human legs and the extra hands which means I'm also getting the lance and shield. I think I'll give those to another doll! They don't fit in with my plans for Hornblend!

Oh congrats so much I also think the lance and shield would look great on a human doll. Even though the background story for the Hornblendtaur is pretty cool, I still can't imagine a horse character with human weapons meant for a human soldier. Thank you so much They look pretty cool together.
My centauer is already in the customs... Now waiting for the letter so I can fetch him there. Hopefully the letter comes before friday =___=
