  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Thank you for finally showing him without his hat & that silly
      scarf Soom!!!!! I'm so relieved that he doesn't have a super pointy
      chin and now that I've seen him at all angles I have to say I'm very
      happy with the front view of him XD He is not a doll to purchase
      without a lot of thought though, for me it will mean no other dolls
      for at least 6 months and probably selling one or two to pay for him:(
      So I'm still thinking*_*
      I'd love someones opinion though....does anyone think with a different
      faceup he could look less unhappy and possibly even appear to be
      "smiling"?? I sold my Chrom (who IMO Hyperon has a slight resemblance
      of) because he looked like he hated me, which is still quite possible, so I
      don't need another $1500 doll who gives me that feeling :lol:
      Opinions? Ahhh I need to photoshop different eyebrows but sadly no PS!!

    2. I think with different eyebrows he could look less bitterly disappointed, but I don't know about smiling. :lol: A gentle neutrality might be all you could manage with a softer face-up. Seems worth trying though! :D

    3. He has a snootiness about him to me that, yes, I think could be somewhat mellowed with different eyebrows.

      The hatless pictures sealed the deal for me, though -- once I get paid, the downpayment goes in. I've been looking for my Oberon for a while, and the combination of huge, snooty, downright inhuman beauty, and elf ears is perfection for it for me.

    4. There's no doubt about it, he's amazing. Dammit Soom, I should hope you do stop the Idealian line at this rate... I don't think you're going to get smiling, but you may be able to get thoughtful and introspective with a difference faceup. Personally, extreme haughtiness is doing it for me, I'm putting together the down payment for early in the New Year. My resolution's blown away even before it begins... :|

      I think that about sums up his look right. lol

      He does look as though he's constantly
      fuming at the sun, hence the hat.

      The eyebrows are definitely the culprit.
      Getting a doll that looked like they hated you
      would be quite the turn off.

      But I wouldn't stray to far from his default
      look.

      I have a Spiritdoll Dark and even though I really
      do like him (not at love yet) I can't help but feel
      that he's pretending he's somewhere else :|
      I'd rather not make another doll suffer by living
      with me. JK.

      I'm going to give it one more day and see how I feel
      about it, I was dead set on getting Shoshon but then
      F65 Chloe came along and I had to choose, I'm so
      happy to get her but after Shoshons sale ended I felt
      the pain of not getting him...I don't want to repeat it
      so soon. Plus if I get him I NEED the other outfit and
      all weekend I've been worrying it would sell out before
      I could order him:sweat

      GAH I LOVE Hyperon!!!!! The pain of not being able to order
      him yet:...( (sorry for the craziness and overuse of smilies)

    9. He was an Idealian with elf ears... how I am supposed to resist this? I guess, not supposed to. Just gave up and ordered him... SOOM pressure this christmas have been quite a LOT, isn't it? haha. OMG, I can't wait to have him here... I am itching to paint him, that NOSE is glorious!!

    10. I fell for the entire look, his face, nose everything, I really had not noticed he had elf like ears, oh well, he will just be moody and defend my other dolls when they are not fighting each other.
