Oh, I hoped to see a little another type of the face... something like Branon has. Why, oh why I have missed Branon! I'm so regret about it... This guy is very handsome of course but I think i'm saved... In any case his outfit is just delight!
I second this e-motion! I QUADRUPLE it! Please Soom, please! Just re-release Branon or something!! Please..? Sigh, it isn't likely. I know, I know... Sorry! I do happen to like York very much... I especially like the more 'healthy' look of his fuller, square-jawed face. Though his nose begins right from the glabella between the brows, without a discernible 'nasion' area.. I know his face is deliberately stylized this way & plenty of other sculpts have had such noses. I'm not enamoured with his eyes, but it's good that others are. I really, really like his lips. not too big & over-stated, not too thin - just lovely! I reckon if you took the lower half of York's face & the upper half of Branon's face... mmmmmm! ... I feel a Photoshop mock-up coming on..
All this comparison with Chalco really doesn't help me....I saw hints of him in York, too, and that face is just perfect for me...my only grief with the Chalco head is that it's so teensy. And now they release a bigger, more mature version... Exactly how big are the ID heads anyway? Are they significantly bigger - face-wise - than the MD heads? I know they wear a size larger wigs, but I'm more interested in the face department. This guy really holds my interest, even though there is just no way for me to get a full doll right now...
Thought two days about this lad and clearly realized now that his eyes are look similar to the Dollshe Orijean. There is something relative between them especially if you will look at the tan Orijean. Hope this guy would not be the last in tan skin "dreaming about next tan Idealian"
it doesen't helpt that much even if he's a chalco mature upagrade, i wish that ID line coudl stay stuck to realism, but i someone else beside me like York, i'm super happy for you and all the othes who'll ging to order him. As for he size Ostrich take some comparison between sphaler and monzo and the heads looks quite differnet, Monzo one is much more larger, i guess that ID head comapred to SG head would be hudge...

OH pixieweed PLEASE DO IT! I am not sure where you could post it but if you do PLEASE let me know. I would love to see that, just the thought of a man like that makes me want to spend $$$. I have no idea how to do something like that but sure would be fun to see!

I've decided not to take York. He is sooooo gorgoeus and I absolutely love him, but he is too close in look to Ender. Well as I ordered Ender last week I've decided against York. I fear I will regret it once ownerpics are arriving. But I'm afraid even when I order York in tan skin (my Ender is normal skin) he would always look like the big brother of Ender. Especially as I would use York and Ender for the same story and they would be displayed of course together.
Anyone else thinking he looks EXACTLY like Chrom, but tan, and nose better???? UGH I guess I'm added him to the want list *Sigh*

I hate to say this... but he looks exactly like Ender to me. The eyes shape, nose, even the lips. He even comes in the same skin tone as Ender. My girlfriend is matching up the pictures right now, and the only thing that isn't matching up is the jaw. The Idealian York is probably sculpted to fit on the Idealian body. Gotta hand it to Soom, though... Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL sculpts.
You know, I hate to say it, but I think he looks considerably better there than in any of the promo shots on his page. (Gorgeous wig, too. And good GRIEF could that outfit get any more gorgeous? I think not.)
Hahah I just came here to say how hawt York looks in those new wig images, but I see you all are already on it! 8D IMHO the same thing happened with Shoshon. He just looked so much hotter in these images than he did in his "official" ones. I probably wouldn't have bought Shoshon if those images had not come out at just the right time. I think Soom is kinda afraid to post un-Photoshoppy images of their MDs before the order periods are up because I think that they fear this will spoil some of the magic, some of the ethereality, of their dolls. But honestly, it's just the opposite for me. I'm far more likely to buy a sculpt if I can see it in "plain" images first. Soom's sculpts are gorgeous enough to stand on their own merit.
