  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I got the eyes but I am thinking he might need some darker blues. He may just end up getting paired with my Asa and London will have to move into a different pairing. I've been reworking characters all day. I need a dark blond/brownish wig with some wave to it.

    2. Oh drats - I've been looking at him everyday for 2 weeks now and I think I'm going to succumb! I keep saying to myself - Self, you do not want a doll in a totally different scale; no, you do not! But then, I just swoon when I see him. So, I think I will take the plunge... and probably wind up getting the full package, funky boots and all...

    3. I am not at all sure, kadepie, who Danube is, but he knows. I.e., his character is poking at me already, and he's only just ordered.

      And since I already know some of London's character, well, this looks like an interesting dolly-ride. :lol:

      Danube definitely wants me to use London as a fitting model so he (Danube) will have the Right Clothes right off; I do believe London is *Laughing* at him.

      See?! This is why I had to buy the both of them! :? eep I didn't have these characters before I saw the sculpts!

      Hey, nancyme12, just think of the meet-up possiblities. TWO Danubes would make a great many doll-people (& dolls) fall right over! hehehe! ;)

    12. It's been a long time since there's been any activity in this thread! Since London's arrival I am even more impatient for Danube to make an appearance.

      What is everyone going to do with him? Wig plans? Keeping him blue eyed? Any names picked yet?

      Now that I know the YID tops fit, I am tempted to order him one of those awesome trench coat sets from IH and just get the pants hemmed.

    13. Where did you see that YID tops work? I would think the sleeves would be too long also.

      I didn't order the wig or eyes, so mine will be going through boxes when he gets here!

    14. I found out they work since my London is wearing two of them. He's sporting the the white tank top (it took a little bit of manuvering to get on, but once it's on, it fits fine) and the black burnout shirt that I left hang open and slightly rolled up the sleeves a bit. The YID jeans fit his waist and his thighs. They need to be hemmed a bit though.

      There are pics in my box opening thread. I figure with the jacket I can stick his hands in the pockets, fold his arms over each other, or pose his arms behind his back to hide the length or just have them altered eventually.

    16. LOL I'm not sure how many pics I can post here but here are a couple more of the jeans and where the shirts rest at his waist. The jeans were not a struggle to get on, they're just too long for him. They aren't tight either, he has plenty of room to move. Since these pics I have rolled them under a bit to see how far they'd have to be hemmed.

    17. I've got boots on order from DDE, but the order is waiting on another piece (my request), so I don't yet know if they will fit. Also, London's eyes.

      Right now, I'm thinking Danube will keep his lovely blue eyes, but I haven't met him yet, and only hope to get the boy before my fall birthday. ;)

      I very much like the ID51 body.
      The detail is astonishing even for a bjd.
      The soles of his feet are remarkable, and his beautiful hands, and I don't have to tell anyone on this thread about the rest of his gorgeous form & sculpt. :D
