Soom June MD: 'Coquina- Eternal Destiny' discussion.

She could have slightly pointed ears like Galena. I'd be OK with that. There's something poking out of her wig in the NS picture. I just can't tell if it's her ear or the light.

And yes, I'm really digging the outfit too! I hope the bottom looks as awesome as the top. If anything I'll be getting that for my Galena. I think Soom's going to have alot of outfit orders this time.

 

Are we sure that is NS and not WS with a darker lighting? To me it looks white but with a tan/cream blushing.

Edit: Especially when you look at Anneke's Soom Heliot girl across from the screen shot on page 8, Heliot was CW I believe.

 

Just notice Soom's header just changed, and there are pictures of her top half. She's awesomly pretty! Looks like a match for Chalco. ^^ I was hoping for mermaid bits or something different. *sigh* Hopefully, the bottom half will differ from Chalco's hooves. >.< They were the reason I didn't get that heartthrob. . .

 

Looking at these two new banner pictures, it seems like she'll be available in both Tan and Cream White resin? I THINK that's the white resin... maybe it's NS?

Well, at least we now know her ordering period starts Jun 21st! ^_^

 

Heliot was CW for sure, but that avatar of mine has her looking much darker/yellower than in real life because of the lighting I used.

As for Coquina, It's amazing how a different angle she looks sooooo much darker than in other pictures...

 

It will probably be TS and NS, since it looks like she's similar to Chalco, and he was TS and NS. The contrast between the two tones isn't as strong as it is on the pics of Aphan, but it definitely looks like there's two skin options there.

 

Well i don't read at all the story so i don't know nothing about that, but:

too similiar to chalco to not matching her with Chalco.
Also it's seem quite obviuos a connection with Aphan...
Every MD since 2009 had is own corrisponding with the tinies couple:
Ex Hati and Skoll + Chrom
Glot & Glati + Cuprit
all went in this direction but sphaler..
we had infact Breccia then Shonki & Appini
We had Monzo then Grit & Syen and so it goes..
so it's quite obvious, or at least quite clear to me, that Coquina have some connection with Aphan.
And imo she wil be realesed in tan or NS definitely no WS and special ears as Chalco...

 

Yes, except these pairings were all within the Pella story. They have made an effort to keep Aphan separate, so we don't actually know whether he will have any connection with the Pella dolls. Plus, so far in the Pella story, the smaller versions have followed the larger versions, not vice versa.
Maybe it's just wishful thinking because, like most people, I would much rather see something really new and different, and be astonished when she is released. Keep hoping that perhaps this is wy we are having to wait so long for this one - it really will be some huge surprise!

 

Bah! I don't think I'm SOOMED by her, but I am definitely impatient to see more pictures on her release. Silly waiting~ She does sort of look like a female Chalco. Quite cute; I think she looks better in tan resin, though. :3

I kinda hope she surprises everyone, too.

 

If she will be similiar to Cass in something i will jump of joy!

 

so... do you guys think she is gem sized or super gem sized (sorry if i missed it)? Well, so far i am kinda hoping that if they do hooves... they bring back beryl's hoof style ^^. With all of the water around her, I kinda thought she might be nixie/mermaid that skull is making me think.... what if she was a gem and related to chalco the way shonki and appini related to breccia?

 

Her mold face reminds me a lot the MSD Aphan, don't why but still she dosen't impress me completely, i need to seevthe complete pics then i make a decison...

 

I'm the same way $avage. I still don't know if I 100% like her.... it all depends (if she is msd though....... it might be good by wallet XD)

Also @ others: If she is anything fish-like I will be very happy. I loved the fishie Sooms in the past. XD I see no reason not to try them again if hooves were tried more than once. *giggle* I'm just impatient and want to see what she looks like.

O.O I also find it interesting I'm not the only one who thinks she looks... almost plain in NS, rather than the character she has in the photo of her in tan.

 

i believe that she comes for sure in tanned skin, and let's se if the othre color avaible should be NS or WS, i'll vote for NS,
also i'm lusting for something like snake skin scales, but..if she'll going to be a sort of hydra?

Yea, she does look boring in NS. If I do go for her, she will be tan........ Are we for sure that she ins't an msd?

 

I wasn't so sure about her from Coquina's page, but seeing more of her in the tan in the banner I may be in big trouble. I think her skull horns are cute and I like everything I see so far.

 

Hey! I did a search, did anybody look up what her name was? It is something seashells are made of, I think she might have a little to do with the water..... though her horns do throw me off.....

 

I belive she's an SG for her arms, too long for a MSD, but i dont' put my hands on fire, i will wait for the pics to be shown ^.^
