Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. i don't think the fantasy parts will fit a normal Supergem body.
      he is 68 cm, SG is 65, ever for few centimeters the proportions changes.
      and i see they didn't change the way to do bodies, still those weird elbow joints =_= i hate them.
      his face is amazing but those ears are too big and i don't like it. T_T
      same for the body, he's very good in grey skin but to me he looks like a wresler <.<
      so i think my wallet could be safe this month

    6. I know what you mean.. it's SO SAD that a doll could be this fabulous but then let down by the body.
      For me it's tricky too as I'd want a fullset (though how I'd find the money I don't know.. WOW he is expensive) and want him in grey, which would mean finding a grey Soom body, from I guess Euclase, then getting it blushed to match the fantasy parts.. then hoping the fantasy parts even FIT on the regular body.
      I very much doubt there's any way to make those wings work on a regular body either without actually getting someone to mod the back of the chest piece.

      So I am safe.. .. well.. except the eyes xD

    7. I on the other hand got EVERYTHING I wanted out of him.

      Available in non-grey, non-white skin= check
      Wingses= check
      Beefier body to set him apart from my other SG boys= check
      Non-human ears= check!
      No bird feet= CHECK!
      Redesigned headcap so he can go au naturale= check!

      Bonus is that he comes in NS (exactly what I was hoping for) and his face-up is done in exactly the colors I was thinking I'd have to have someone do for me. AWESOME.

      Sorry to everyone who complained about the whole kilt-thing, looks like Soom isn't quite ready to take the leap into PANTS. I ordered him in NS, naked, with face-up. I opted out of his accessories, they're just not for me. With his bulky body, that outfit makes him look like a big gay gladiator. I'll pass on that bit.

    8. The face is SO gorgeous-but I can't live with the ears. The body doesn't do much for me-and it's well past time for SOOM to re-engineer their Supergem body-it just doesn't hold up well to other companies poseability. It is possible to make a double jointed knee, Soom!

      Question is-how big is the head? Will it fit on a regular Super Gem body? I'd almost be willing to try to get one in NS and work on the ears, the face is that exquisite.

      He's the first MD that I'd seriously consider buying!
      But like some other people on this thread, I'm really not liking how big his ears are >___>
      Plus the body is too big for my character so I'd need to hybrid the head, but it might be too big to stand on something else than a mega gem body...

    16. He'd be perfect in NS for one of my characters if it wasn't for that bulky physique. I actually like the ears, although I'm not fond of the weird head cap (not that it matters since it would be covered by a wig anyway). The wings are nice - small, but any larger and they'd be too heavy and throw the balance off. The face is beautiful, and the fantasy feet and hands are nice too. It's just that enormous body that puts me off! It's far too muscle-bound for the character I have in mind. Since he's a 'Mega Gem' I guess he's probably taller than the regular Super Gem boys, which means he's too large for my purposes really. So I think I'm safe.

    17. I'm really oscillating between the NS and GS. The promo pics for GS are so compelling. But it is the same face in NS. I have a lovely Spiritdoll 70cm boy body which will match Soom Grey exactly so I could put him on that....but definitely more hybrid choices in NS....decisions decisions.....

    18. Did they make him to as an alternative to Iplehouse? He looks so much like some of their sculpts, I really really don't like his face. But I do love those ears! and the wings, now that transparent resin is showing up again I hope Soom uses it with their next girl :)
