I've found that many 8-9 Monique and Jpopdolls wigs fit Soom's 9-10 heads pretty well, for reference; you may want to experiment with him before specifically investing in a certain wig if you order him. (I've had no problem using the Jpop and Monique wigs on the Mecha Angels, for instance.)

 

Okay, just started my layaway for my GS Saosin aka monzo

 

And I like the fact that the body is more Manly. There's not enough of it in reality!.. HAHA

His face had me anyway, but he is really really handsome and gah! I like the gray skin but like the normal better this time. His feet are interesting. I also wish he came with a human head but it won't stop me if I can get money for him. I don't care for his outfit though. There's not much selection on the Soom site either. Where else can you get clothes for boys this big?

 

Ahh, well, after a few hours of sleep ( Sooo tired T ^ T ) I think I'm fairly safe from this bad boy.

Your best bet is probably Iplehouse's EID area. I'm wondering if Dollmore's Model Doll stuff would fit. Those arms are pretty beefy.

Scratch that. Those boys are way too skinny. Their measurements are here. Height-wise the Dollmore boys are slightly taller.

I'll check out the EID stuff but last I checked, there was not much there either. It would give me a reason to get moving on making clothes XD

It appears I have been soomed for the first time, never really got a wow! for their dolls but thi one..... sigh..... I have never spent that much on a doll though so I'm not sure, even though I do have the funds..

The MG and EID Model measurements are around the same ballpark, off by 1-1.5cm for chest/waist/hips, but the shoulder width on EID's are wider by about 3cm, but their clothes are probably the closest fit you'll find in pre-made gear.

Despite my personal taste in the male species running towards the "weedy" variety, I'm really glad this guy has a different shape. At the rate I've been falling in love with Soom MD's, I'd end up with an army of clone-bodies just with different heads. This fella answered all of my design prayers, I can't wait to get him eons from now once layaway is paid off >_>;

Looking at this naked body shots, he really is like a mini-Idealian, which is awesome. I love the concept of that sculpt but it's just WAY too large for me. This is a delightful compromise.

 

I just looked at the body pictures myself and giggled. He has a cute butt and I'm not even a but person. I love that chest. Mmm, muscles. I like the guys with muscles; the smooth ones look too young. Sure, they're covered most the time anyway ^.^;

And I just checked out the Angelheim dolls and looks like their big boys are a little too small. Too bad, they have nice outfits so far.

I'm with midnite on the split thing. I'm absolutely dead-set on getting those feet, even if I have to mod the hell out of them. I want. those. feet. on my Euclase. It's better than what I'd been imagining for him for his demon parts. He has his deathly eyes, dead hands, and now these mutant feet... that would really be awesome. Of course, the wings would just be the icing on the cake, but I don't see any of my dolls having wings. Too unwieldy. Still. DEM LEGS.
