SOOM [MD/DEC] Shoshon-The First Cánë

Now I know for sure, I have found my Cernunnos, so layaway, here I come.
Not sure about the hooves yet though, but we'll see, 16 days to think about it

 

Oh wow is he yummy! I don't care for the animal parts but him himself and the outfit, do want. But so cannot afford, not even with the layaway. T_T

 

I'm just waiting for more splits to pop up in the marketplace, I'm wringing my hands over getting his outfit.
Not as struck on the hooves as I was before, would have preferred them to be Stag antlers rather than moose but hey-ho.

 

Oh god, oh my god, OH MY GOD! NOOOO!! I KNEW something was gonna happen when I go to the SOOM site today TT^TT Nuuu why did I HAVE to look? Curse my Window-Shopping-Christmas mood!

Seriously, I absolutely love this mold, so far I haven't been attracted to any SOOM mold ever since Chrom, but now, gawd I'd love to be SOOMED because of this guy D: Nooo! I'm doomed! Duuur this mold looks so majestic, calm, strong, and brave D: I'm am SOOO doomed.

He is like super-buff though, but how buff?

I would really love to see a picture of under his clothes (ooer) to see how the skinny moose legs join to his mega-gem body

 

And ordered my Lucas! Forget Regen...I want him!

 

Noobish question but; Do Soom still do 6month layaways if you request it? I, against my best intentions, have been drawn in by him utterly.

edit: Yes supposedly they will allow a 6 payment layaway if you ask.

Thanks Lula78! That makes bringing him home so much more feasable- oh dammit, Soom. I try to swear you off, I really do. I'm good for months without falling. Then this happens.

 

I am trying to resist this man....hunk....mega hunk......damn he is fine!

 

He has a nice face, but Im a little bored of the hooves! I also think the legs are a bit skinny?? Im intrigued how they attach to the upper legs. The antlers are HUGE!!

 

I looked all over the site for 6 month layaway, so we have to ask for longer layaway? Do we pay extra for it to be longer?

 

In all honesty, the Mega Gem body seems like a super-sized version of the Super Gem body. I have pictures of my Euclase and my Monzo together here (warning: dolly nudity). I can say that the whole "thick neck" thing is less noticeable in person, both with my Monzo (Mega Gem) and Gluino (IDealian). Plus, the Mega Gem bodies stand like a freaking ROCK. My Monzo can stand one-legged with his gargoyle wings on, a feat which my Euclase couldn't even hope to do.

As for Shoson himself, I really do like his face. I'd love it if his lips were more smiley though. If there's one thing I can say about Soom dolls, it's that they rarely smile. Which is a shame, since I love smiling sculpts (the reason I fell head over heels in love with Euclase) and really like Soom's eye style. But oh, those Soom lips...

And I must commend Soom for deviating from their vanilla hoof and horn design. Shoshon is truly gorgeous! I'd love to get him myself but I just don't have the money for it. I'm looking forward to seeing the gallery threads of him, especially with custom faceups!

 

I went ahead and asked Soom about seeing some pictures of Shoshon with hooves sans the clothing. I know sometimes they post pictures to see dolls/withouth photoshop or other requests. I'm interested in getting a better look at those hooves!

 

Thats what they posted as I asked them for layaway:

We will be adding officially new 5 and 6 months layaway plans system soon.

But our customers can benefit these new layaway plans from now:

- If your Photon order is over $800, you can get a 5 months layaway;

- If it is over $1,200, you can get a 6 months layaway.

If you fulfill these requirements, please place your order for him. Chosse the layaway option regardless of its duration.

Write a memo on the order sheet as follow => "I request a 5/6 months layaway as agreeded on the Q&A". We will modify the plan manually.

Cool thanks for the info, does the Mega Gem body fit into Iplehouse EID clothing? If they do this totally changes my plans altogether.

 

KittyFields Thanks for the comparison pictures, I've been trying to imagine his size and these help a lot. I love his feet!!!

I think Shoshon is absolutely amazing.

 

I can't use their site to pay...tried twice and nothing.
