[Soom MD/March] Shonki & Appini Bestia Animo!

I think theyre cats. I CANT WAIT for more pictures so we will no for sure! So far I like the little white one. I am getting ahead of myself but I am thinking of switching parts (like ears and hands and feet possible tail) with the black one so it will be a black and white kitty . SO CUTE! I need to see the mouth to know for sure though...
They do look extra small though...I hope theyre regular Teenie size

 

I'm actually hoping they're smaller than teenies. That would be too cute.
They're probably foxes though since they're supposed to be smaller versions of the demi gods. So little Breccia's would most likely be foxes.

I don't like the close eyed head much either.

Oh, that little white one would so make up for the fact that I missed Hati! Whether they are feline or vulpine, the molds could go either way, depending on how a tail is done or how someone did their faceup. Foxes do have a lot of features and characteristics similar to cats too and smaller, so they will definitely be very versatile little tinies like Alk and Yrie! I need to see the faceup first, but I might still be able to get my little Fox spirit yet! I'm really glad to see Soom try another fantasy resin. While I will probably go for WS (the black one doesn't really fit the little character I'm looking to fill in my mind), I can't wait to see what Shonki looks like.

Oh well i guess this will be the perfect opportunity to get a teenie soom =3

 

If I do get one, I may or may not keep the heads, I already have an OE Winnie Dee Ai head that I'm going to use, though the head on this one is tempting because she looks less innocent than the Ai head... so tempting >< either way if I do get them a head or two will have to go.

Interesting! I don't think I'm soomed on this one. I'm partial to the earth tones... but the black resin is really interesting! Very Yin/ Yan. And based on the nose, they seem really tiny! I'm excited for anyone getting these little ones, but I think I'll keep waiting and hoping for some little brown taurens or another hooved cutie sometime this year.

 

I'm kind of hoping I really HATE the closed eye head! xD
While there's no chance of me being able to split it off as no one's going to be able to do anything with just a BS head, I can at least save the money on the faceup option by just getting it on the OE head.

I don't know what size I want them to be either.. While a smaller size would mean less money and thus GOOD, I like the fact that most of my dolls are the same size so eye, clothes and wig mixing and matching is so easy.
I find it hard enough to get clothes that are my style as it is without having to deal with finding them for an even SMALLER doll.
Might be forced to get the outfit even if it isn't really my thing just so the poor girl will have something to wear!

Release more sparkly bi-weekly clothes please Soom!

Assuming that both of them come with 2 heads (I don't see why they wouldn't), I don't know how I feel about the closed eyes head. Right now I don't really like it, even though it has the animal nose and I would have really loved that on the OE head. But I also don't want to judge it until I've seen more pictures of it, and in WS. At this point I think I would either split off the closed eyes head or get the eyes opened. all depends on how much I like it.

No they don't! More time for me to get the money for one!

Right now, I really like the closed eye head. It looks to be only a sleeping head, which is nice.

The animal nose looks like it's only a paint job from what I can see (in blurry photograph form, anyway). Gah, we need more pics!

 

I'm curious to see pics especially of the black resin one but I think I'm safe with this one. The paws are adorable but I think the hati/skoll faces are way cuter (glad I nabbed one already XD). I wonder if they have tails though?? *might be interested in the tail* XD;;

 

These foxes, as ultra-cute as they are, aren't quite my cup of tea--fortunately for my wallet, I suppose. I love the black resin so much, though! I have a deep, deep wish for Soom to do bat tinies, and the black would be so cool for that.

 

Our thinkies are alike, as you noted previously. I mean, the eyes are must-haves just on principle, although can't tell what little Pitch is going to have for eyes. I'm very ambivalent about the clothes, though sissy is all 'kimonos' and happy. Don't know that the wigs are in the vision at all.

But the body, it's like a once-in-a-lifetime body, potentially! I mean if the black resin doesn't sell, well, gah! But doing a split with black heads isn't super-comforting either. And getting one doll, let alone running a split, could get very complicated for me. Ah, bah.

Add to that their chubby little faces aren't as mature as I'd like, and I know you know what I mean! But I'll be patient and withhold my judgement until I see all the pics.

But black resin, sighs, I've waited for so long!

I wonder if it's just the faceups making them look SO childlike?
I mean, the Bygg/Beyla sculpt was quite chubby with those big poochy low cheeks.. though I think the nose too is making Shonki and Appini seem younger.. it's just so tiny and buttony.
But yes.. I wonder if I much more vivid makeup with more adult eyebrows would help?
I know that regardless, I CANNOT miss out on BLACK RESIN, even if it comes to the point where I have to get a completely blank doll and just try and make it work somehow.

Btw, what am I missing with this different nose thing? I can't see a different nose at all? x_x

 

I'm at least getting the white resin version, though I feel I *may* fall for the dark resin also - but I must see the pictures first. I doubt my opinion will change on the closed-eye head (but I've never been a fan of them anyway ^^ ) so that at least means less face-ups to order.

More than anything though, I really hope they're teenie gem sized. I'm pretty much sold at this point, and I would love to get a companion or two for Hati. The puki-fee/lati size never worked for me. :p

 

The black is unusual, especially for a tiny it would be hard to find a pre made match....but I would think that if its REALLY black black, it would be easier to dye to match than a gray or tan, but i've never tried ^^

 

I know I'm already Soomed...for both most likely. I love special colour resins...
