Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. I'm certainly looking. I'm not cut out for retail. I got one interview but they never called back and they said they'd be finished by the 16th.

      *pout* if they had hired me, then I wouldn't have to make this choice! Don't they understand?? It's a birdieeee! XDDD

    3. Oh man, noone gets back to you about jobs here. Everyone is hiring, but they don't bother getting back to anyone cept the one person they want for the job. It'd be nice if they at least gave you a no, and a reason... So you could fix it or whatever.
      Yeah, retail/customer service sucks XD that's why I started my own business. Internet + sewing = hooray. Just need more customers :3 Hopefully the site will be up soon with my first doll line!
      Because it will be funding my Galena XD
      And maybe my Birdies. I can probably only get one atm.. More sales and I can get both :3

      and about sparkling effect - i recommend sennelier pastels - bought it on line and add it on the face before last clear coat - it works amazing!
      and what if galena will be big grey bird lady? i can't buy bought. stupid money lol

      Catching up to do.. should be working out but OH WELL!

      Oh and as for the snack.. I say NOT PEEPS, simply because I can't get them here, not even at import stores.
      I've actually never had one or even seen them in person which is weird!
      I heard they blow up in microwaves, but that's about all I know about that!

      Still, something bird shaped would be hilarious!
      For the fishies we have goldfish cause they're not actual fish, just crackers shaped like fish! IF we'd had sushi or something, now THAT would have been weird xD
      It would be the same as making the waiting room snack for the birdies fried chicken xDDDD

      As for the gender thing.. you know I was thinking that!
      Look at the eyelashes.
      I always used to wonder WHY Glati got the huge long flowing beautiful eyelashes as the boy, but Glot the girl got these tiny pathetic ones. I wanted the long eyelashes on my girl!
      The eyelashes on the birdy are LONG, and I can't see the eyebrows well but they MIGHT be the boy shape rather than the girl shape.
      Therefore.. we just MIGHT be looking at the boy. There is a chance you know! xD

      Edit :: In fact seriously.. unless Soom are trying some different eyebrows out this time, those really do seem to be their BOY BROWS. Starting in the middle and coming to a sharp point.
      The girly brows start at the outer part of the eye and softly taper in. (can you tell I went to a soom faceup session for tinies? xD)
      Can't see very well but, those brows look very definiately in the middle rather than outer part of the doll's eye area correct?
      I mean, personally I still see a girl overall but, suddenly I'm not so sure which it really is! We can't even see if that's long hair or not!

      Oooh if it is the boy.. and the girl is tan... we'll be seeing a tan Galena imo!

    11. Same here!! I've assumed it was a girl for so long that I just can't wrap my head around it being a boy!
      But it really MIGHT be a boy! A very light airy boy.
      If that's the case though, it'll be great for people who only like dolls of one gender cause, either way they look like they're going to be really soft this time!

      I don't know how I'd feel if this one was the boy and the other one was the girl if the other one ended up being tan.
      I'm not sure how I really feel about tan yet tbh. I'm not a fan on NS as I find it way too dark and orange for my liking, so I wonder if I'd really not like tan at all?
      If however those on the grey team are right, I would be quite pleased it the female ended up grey, though as I'm already getting Bygg, it might be silly to have another grey one!

      My theory (here I go again xD) is this.
      Often the eyes represent the colour of the other doll.
      Glot was pink, Glati was blue, but Glot got the pink eyes and Glati got blue.
      Eliv was pink, Iv was blue, again, the eye colours were reversed.
      Now we have a birdie with green eyes and and overall golden brown colouring.
      Perhaps the other bird is going to have golden eyes and overall green colouring (green resin pleaseeeeeeeeee)?
      If that's the case though I'll LAUGH as I suggested that a while back!
      Just an idea!

      Oh and we can't get anything western in Japan! Well that's a lie, some stuff.
      Then there are import stores, but always for American stuff, rarely for English!
      Good thing I like Japanese food!

    12. I bet you still get more American products there then we do XD Australia has access to nooootttthiiing. I have to order almost everything from America, which is a bastard. All my wig fibres, for a start. Gah. Funny, cos everything is made just north of us, aka, china, but we just don't get any of it T_T

      Nooo not green... It's up there with red and purple for me T_T

    14. But they didn't do the same with Hati/Skoll or Bygg/Beyla. I always got the vibe that Glot/Glati were chibi versions of Sard and Beryl and got their eye colours from there. Eliv and Iv on the other hand are just sooo pink/baby blue... It's good they mixed up the colours even a bit with them.

    15. I don't want to interrupt your discussions but I think that she (?) could have braids and therefore the birdie we see in the teaser would probably be a girl. If you look down from the 'Alk & Yrie'-text just under the word 'birdie' you'll see something yellowish that resembles a braid...

      I just wanted to point this out :D.
      It might not be it but how knows? To me it doesn't matter. She/He is still overly cute whichever gender she/he'll end up being.
      Plus, boys can have braids too of course.

      Aaaand I'm too waiting these little ones like there will be no tomorrow. Mostly I'm just hyped-up because of others' excitedness but if I had the money a little phoenix (or a veela *w*, but an innocent one) wouldn't hurt...

    16. Oh god, I've survived without Soom tines so far and the only MD I've liked enough to buy has been my Euclase. I'm half praying the boy birdie will be a mini Euclase in grey coz I know I'll want him. The other half of me is saying, NO MORE DOLLS! :lol:

      It does look like it might be a braid doesn't it?
      Though comically I remember when everyone assumed that faint shadow we could see behind Hati was a scorpion tail, and it turned out to just be her hair xDD

      I'm not sure what I want this one to be!
      I love it, and therefore would be thrilled if this is the girl cause I wouldn't get a boy, but at the same time, if this is the boy and the other one is more fabulous, then I'll be happy then too! ::laughs::

    18. The way I saw it, it was Hati and Skoll who were following their big counterparts (green Vesuvia eyes etc etc) and that was why they didn't just do the reverse colour thing.
      Even with Beyla and Bygg I got this feeling that their eyes needed to be reversed. Like you could tell they were in each other's colours? Maybe I'm just crazy! xD
