It depends if there are 50 people who want him and can afford him at present. Depending on what options you choose, you still need a hefty deposit. I'm not overly worried, if I don't get him in this lot, I'll pay off my Special K layaway at Dolls and Friends and buy him in the next issue. If he sells within a day, my guess is that they'll be making more of him as quickly as possible and maybe also providing the WS option as it has been mentioned here a few times. Usually real bidding frenzy is caused by limited sculpts or fullsets that won't be issued again, usually elf features etc. I doubt if scalpers would be interested in Sabik because who would pay higher money when they know he will be issued again.

I'm having a tough time deciding on getting him or not. I really love his face, gorgeous, but I'm concerned he might be thinner than I hoped for. I saw the new pics with his new duds/clothes and his legs and arms look pretty thin. Do you think he is at least as wide as the Dollshe's? Help, need some advice in deciding because I really love his gorgeous face. Thanks Everyone!

only 6 and a half hours to go until I can buy him! I already have some eyes and underware in the cart for him. The wigs here will fit him and I'm pretty sure some trousers here will too. I'm blushing and doing the faceup myself so I save a little money on him.

 

Heh, I wish I was in U.K. Does anyone else think his arms are a bit too thin? I imagine he'll pose like a dream, but the arms look a little thin for me. I cant wait for more pictures.

According to the measurements they gave, he is about 1 cm bigger around but taller than Hound. I was comparing to the Hound measurements on Luts.

Still undecided and there are less than 4.5 hours to decide....

I'm wondering if he can share clothes with Hound.

 

I don't think they can share because the torso of the Mecha angel is a lot longer

 

With a 10cm difference in overall height, I don't expect so. Or he would be very out of proportion.

 

Sabriell: I think you are right. It's in the torso. All of his other measurements are so close to Hound. I was thinking of the Cheery doll 18th century outfit which doesn't havve that specific a waist.

Well his legs are 40cm, and with Hound/Bernard/etc it's legs+hips = 40cm
So the length is in the legs AND torso...but no one can tell until they have him XD

 

I do, and I'm almost positive at least 50 other people on DoA alone do, as well. There is going to be some serious competition for this doll's round one release.

 

actually, a Hound is 70 cm. This doll is 80. That makes him 10 cm bigger. That's a pretty heft difference.
That's nearly a full head taller than a hound.
