Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. Just throwing it out there - besides the usual dark (black/brown) and light (gray/silvery), what color pattern would you give a boy like that? I've seen some fauns blushed in fantastic bright blues as well as natural greens. Any other ideas?

    9. You could do forest colors (deep browns and greens) or "bull" colors (more browns and reds). You could even have fun and give him cow colors (NS with black and white spots).

    10. For this boy, maybe black and green, brown and green, something to keep with the nature feel to him. Maybe silver and green to match his eyes. Loads of possibilities really, but I think personally I'd stick to 'natural' colours for a nature god ;)

    11. To me.. he looks like he could fit the Egyptian style better than euclase. Some golds would be nice, maybe even some reds.. bright blues and greens. But i'm a sucker for Egypt..

    16. Being the weaselly little lurker of Soom MD release threads that I am...I feel it's time for my usual brief commentary...or...

      A !RANDOM! SOOM CHALCO CRITIQUE (I'm bored...Deal...>_>)

      I was happy to see that he has a vaguely a Native American theme to him. It suits the concept of "God of the forest". I mean, how could he be anything BUT? (His tan is so nice~).

      Anyway...he is kind of a little too smooth and pretty for my tastes. But, people love the pretty. I think he'd look a bit more interesting with a nose more like Chrom's. Kinda hooked...? And maybe a slightly cleft chin, or high, jutting cheekbones or something. Maybe someone will give him a really flattering face up that enhances his features more...

      Also, his big bull hooves are really cool, but I wish there was more muscle definition on them. Cow legs are slightly lean and boney and show a lot of tendons through the skin. (I've been a little critical of Soom's work on the hooves since the baby deer. I did not like their hooves much and hooves are a selling point for me because they are damn-cool and adorable when done right.)

      Anyhow, they did a fantastic job on him. His outfit, wig, and accessories are really amazing. I can't wait to see what Soom does for 2010. I hope they eventually release more babies and I will be able to buy one...or else a really amazing Supergem that I can't live without...

      P.S. my nickname for him is "Choco" Because he's such a nice tan color and "Choco" sounds like "Chalco" Hurr hurr *gets bricked*.

    17. Hmm... I think I'm safe from this guy.

      He's pretty enough, I like the horns and the tan resin is gorgeous... but his features seem a little bland, and I can't say I like the design of the hooves or leg-parts. He looks like he'd have many of the same posing issues as Amber.

    18. well, he's not a bird, as I hoped. Now i have to think about it. He's face recambles iplehouse a bit too much. but the extras are cool.

      The hove design is the same as amber, so it's a full leg replacement, not just the bottom half. So i guess he will have issues standing, just like she did...
