I was wondering what "Linuus" was too. But, he's so awesome they could be called "Fluffykins" parts and I wouldn't care. He does look kinda girly compared to some of the other MD's, but IMHO a faceup with less sweet/soft eyebrows (and less ... lipstick? xD) would do wonders in making him look more masculine.
Phew, I'm saved! He is a little bit too "pretty" for me (in a bishōnen way) and that kind of character imho... but I understand how he soomed so many of you: he is a drop-dead gorgeous doll! I really love his hooves and horns, though... plus the fact he is tan. But no money even for a split: I'm still recovering from my Cass (and a house moving)! As for his outfit... brilliant! It also *really* makes me think of a beautified bishōnen version of the Lord of Darkness from Legend by Ridley Scott.(A friend who's not into dolls at all was with me as I scanned the pics and told me he reminded him of the Knight of Ni from Monty Pythons and the Holy Grail in the pic with the closed cloak... ) I can't wait to see the first buyers pics and the first custom face-ups! I'm sure some of you out here will render him even more awesome.
Ohmygosh, he's gorgeous. >w< Still doesn't beat Euclase in my book, though. I wish I had the money anyway! xD
He looks really womanly to me too. I do like the face though, just as a girl! This HAS to be my LAST set of hooves, because I have to many. Soom: stop making so many hooves! They are irresistible, but getting a bit tiresome!
I'm surprised he can crouch with those Amber legs Super pretty as a full set, but I think the skull/horns are what are making me go 'WANT' the most, not the actual doll -in denial-...argh, must resist pretty tan boy.
After a night to sit on it, I REALLY want him. But his price tag is just o____o And for me, it isn't even a case of saying 'I'll go for NS cause it'll be cheaper', cause then I'd have to get sanding which would cost more than the tan option ANYWAY. Generally I really dislike Soom's NS too (too orange), but if I'm getting a Chrom head, it would be great for them to body share. Even being strong and passing on all extras, I'd still have to get him with his body blushing and faceup (and potentially sanding depending on colour) which shoots him up to insane amounts already! Unlike most others I'm noticing, the HEAD is 100% perfect for me. It's the head that's selling me on him combined with the overall dark theme. YUM. Still.. the price tag is o___o and I'm not supposed to be buying dolls much this year! Plus who knows what's coming NEXT!
I really like the head mold too, midnitestar~ But the price tag is killing me too, I really wanted a fullset but I am compromising on a few things ( Clothes and the sort ) because my parents and friend keep giving me crap about how I should be buying more adult things rather than wasting my money. <n< I don't mind the sanding thing myself, so I'm not concerned about getting that done..hm...Seams don't bother me that much. But I never thought of blushing to make the tan hooves work with a NS doll, that's a very good idea! Unfortunately I don't need the hooves, but finding someone to take them is going to be a pain from the looks of things. XD
Remember, its not a waste if you enjoy it. On chalco fronts, I am horribly tempted. I am thinking a full set tan and a blank NS. Although I look at the two grand cost for that and have a miniture heart attack. AAARRRRRGH! Why does he have to be so god damned perfect!
Just another tidbit: Linus (without the extra U) is the personification of lamentation, and the inventor of melody and rhythm according to Greek mythology. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linus_(mythology) Kinda depressing, but it makes more sense why they used the Oscar Wilde prose as his 'description'. I guess it could also be referring to the Deftones first demo tape or that awesome character from Lost, but I doubt it.

I just asked on the Q&A if Chalco's tan matches the old tan Gena and Godo. If it consistent then you can totally have a girl Chalco with a tan Spiritdoll body. Then he could have some rockin' legs and mondo huge boobies too! Also, anyone asked if he's gonna have elf ears? *prays it is so* I'm over the moon, can you tell? XD
It's Chalco's headmold that I like most too, he is by far one of my favorite SG boys yet. His hooves are spiffy, but I doubt I'll use 'em unless they are easy to handle (Heliot w/hooves is a PAIN to handle, lol). Though I hear you guys on the price thing, in tan he's even more expensive than the grey skin Galena! Even blank with no extras, with shipping he'll cost far to close to quadruple digits for my taste. I'm glad I held out on buying a guy for my Souldoll girl ('cause she looks SO cute with my sister's Heliot!), but Chalco costs more than any of the other guys I had been considering, I'll have to do a short layway if I get him. >.< Oh, and I was just thinking how AWESOME he'd look with a Cuprit.

Multiple large scaled MDs cannot be shipped together from my understanding. You have to pay separate shipping for each one since they are so large and cannot be shipped together.
Ahhhh I realllllly want to get him as a full set, but does anyone know if Soom still offers the 6th month layaway? (probably not because I don't see ANYWHERE where Soom says it) It would be cutting it TIGHT for the first down payment on a 4 month.
