Oh yeah, I can get Amber to do that too. Its a crouch where most of her weight is supported by the hooves and her bum's resting on a higher platform. It accommodates the bumps on the back of the legs nicely but takes some space up sadly.

I was worried I might not be able to get Chalco, but luckily I've worked something out after all (probably - I won't be sure until the 1st). Chalco is going to be the 'experiment' that my Cass has fallen in love with, jeopardising an entire branch of government. I'm also considering modding him to have Amber-style ears (even though working with the tan resin will be very scary - I'll probably see how my plans to mod my OE Ai head work out before I touch Chalco's ears)
'Legend body' has never had anything to do with the length of legs. The only MD to have long legs was Heliot, and he wasn't listed as having a 'legend body' (but, rather, as "Super Gem Long Legs Male version') 'Legend version' (I haven't seen it written as 'Legend body' by Soom, only by people here on DoA) seems to be how Soom distinguishes the height of the MDs in 'human version' (regular Super Gems, 65cm tall) and MDs in 'legend version' (with their fantasy legs on, usually 68cm tall). Dolls with 'Legend versions' are just Super Gems with fantasy parts, not dolls with a different body design. All Super Gems can wear all MD parts (although, from Chrom onwards, not all fantasy parts can interchange with each other).
Actually i made a quick comparison between fantasy sphaler legs,courtesy of $avage,and fantasy Chrom parts,seems to have the same bigger size. So basing on this all male MD doll realesed after chrom probably have bigger fantasy parts. But don't know if Chalco will come with bigger fantasy legs than Amber.
It's tough for me because I always had this suspicion I was going to love Chalco (and I do) but a bunch of things kind of jumped up ahead of him and grabbed my attention...so I don't think I can swing him. And the scale's tipped a little more by the inevitable 'what's coming out next month', because we're off the map there, and have no idea what it could be that's coming next. Knowing that might influence my decision-making this month, but try to tell Soom that, right? At this point midnitestar is going to take pics at the store tomorrow, and I will (as usual, LOL!) let that be the deciding factor. Only, is it bad that post-midnite pictures, I generally buy?! .hlp
Well Heidipay i think that you shopuld analize every concern about Chalco,i love the hooves so i think i will get its in a split,but if you're going to keep the complete doll i perfectly undestand your doubt about the final design. Chalco tanner is more appealing than the NS but overall i see that this new MD have much more popularity than Sphaler...
I'm on form this time! Managed to make it to the store for Chalco's very first day on display, which of course means.. PHOTO TIME! Kind of exhausted from walking around in SNOW, and have loads of stuff I should be doing (there has not nearly been enough time spent on DoA as of late!) so I'll keep this short today! Photos can be found HERE!!! He's REALLY amazing. He might be the most taken aback I've been with any of the male dolls so far. His legs are HUGE too and make him this giant hunk of MAN, for want of a better phrase. xD He's also VERY photogenic, and as I was snapping away I found it really difficult to take a bad picture of him! As with all the coloured resins, his skin tone actually looks better with flash than without, so I took plenty of flash shots as well as no flash shots to give you a better idea of his skin tone.
