Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       all i have to say is that his outfit is rediculously expensive.
      but yeah...i want crabs! lolololol. crab dolls anyway.

    2. Yeah... I almost posted a WTS for the outfit, but that price made me think twice. It does have SO much gorgeous detail that I can see why it's so expensive... but it's hard for me to justify $300 on an outfit when I don't even know who would wear it. :sweat I just love it, though!

    3. I think I like the facesculpt- however I don't think he looks like Lazule at all, and if he is a Spinel he is modded (narrower lips and no cleft in his chin, at least.) Spinel is my fav sculpt, so no wonder I like this fellow if he looks similar ;) Also, I don't think Soom will rename a sculpt without modding it.

      That being said, I like the doll, but I think the arm is over the top (any cancer claw would be, for me, tbh). I also think the pictures are way too photoshopped, distracting and "dramatic", making it difficult to see the details of his outfit, and the doll itself. Would not mind a Bloodelf version of this guy though... :drool

    5. I wonder if maybe the bulk of people who would normally have been buying him are tapped out financially from the previous Soom zodiac goodness..? It seems like tehre are a few of us who would be buying if not for all the Sard and Beryl spending we're still trying to recover from :sweat

    6. He's fantastic, I love the claw, I love the outfit and I love his face! I'd love to buy him but I'm on a doll diet! If I win the lotto though... (well then I'd probably buy a lot more soom dolls as well!)

      I LOVE him. Love him love him love him. (and the male-female pattern continues)

      But, I won't get him. 1) I have no funds. I need to RAISE funds before the end of the summer just to cover necessary costs, and 2) he wouldn't fit in in my house. =/

      Maybe another month. XD Yet again I am stuck saying that. SOOM monthlies are pretty much the "eye-candy" dolls for me. I stare and drool, but in the end, I've established already that they're off-limits to a peasant like myself. XD

    10. I'm still recovering financially from Beryl or I'd snap me up some crabby goodness! I can't help but wish I was there working for Soom, creating the concepts for these wonderful dolls. They could pay me in dolls, LOL. I wonder when other companies are going to jump on the "over the top" fantasy themed dolls band wagon. You know they're bound to after seeing the Soom hysteria. People can't buy enough of them.

      1300 for the full set...120 day layaway is 5 payments...makes...260 dollars each payment. 170 euro each month. I can do that...I guess...

      How do you tell oom you wanna do the 5 payment layayway anyway? Do you put it in the message or do you mail them about it?

      I think he's a new sculpt, his face doesn't look enough like Lazule or Spinel to convince me otherwise.

      PS: if they made a Mecha Angel with that face I'd be a dead girl...A DEAD GIRL!!!!!*wails like a banshee* They need to recycle this boys head, its just too beautiful.

    16. Soom is amazing... I think a lot of us didn't really take the idea of a crab-person for Cancer seriously, but... they did it! XD Wonderfully insane, as someone said earlier.

      I like him better than Spinel, and he doesn't strike me at all like Lazule, but that could all be a matter of faceups...

      And that outfit is bloody fantastic. *_*

    17. I am still paying off Beryl on a 5-payment plan, and I just put it in the message box when I ordered, listing the date and amount of each payment. Then when I send each payment I post a reminder in the comment box about when the next one will be.

      I agree on the idea that the consumer base for the Soom monthlies is kind of "tapped out" at the moment. I won't be able to get another doll until I'm done paying off Beryl... so even if I was absolutely head-over-heels for Bix, I just wouldn't be able to afford him right now.

      These need to be like bi-monthly dolls or something, to give our bank accounts more time to recover! Of course, that would kind of throw off the zodiac timing though. :doh

    18. Okay thanks! I just sent the first payment to my paypal so I'll order him as soon as that arrives. I'm lucky the euro is still strong because 170 a month isn't that much. Then again...Dutch customs will be fierce (33% import tax on everything above 45 euro)
