Soom Monthly Doll (March) the Second Land: Cuprit - Black Frost

Wow so I guess now the question becomes, WHAT IS THE ORDER?!

If we go with the picture chart it's Darkness, Earth, Air, Light, Fire, Water. This was the order included on Glot and Glati's page and I had just assumed that was the way it would go.
However now there's a couple of lists with this new order, Darkness, Fire, Water, Light, Air, Earth. Since these lists include the actual explanations of the lands as well as the names of all the dolls, maybe this is the way they're going?

Or maybe it's going to be completely random and all we can count on is the fact that the dolls of each element will probably stick together - like we had Glot and Glati followed directly by Cuprit.

Personally, I hope it's this new list order because that would put Air all the way at the end of the year. As it's looking like Cuprit is the doll for me, there's just no way I could afford the element that's likely to have a baby Topaz if it came up sooner!
Have a friend who's hoping for a baby Euclase too and I know she'd rather have time to save!!

 

I too am seconding this hope, as if that new order is right then it means I have a 5 and 7 month wait to save up for mini Heliot and Euclase

 

Wow... how utterly amazing! Just in terms of mythology...what a plan. ^^
(Though it seems there are some serious Tolkien fans or something... those names of things that aren't dolls.... XD)

 

I'm guessing that their going to do:

Tinies, Super Gem, Tinies, Super Gem, etc etc


... because thats what it is right now o_o Glot and Glati last month, then Cuprit this month...

 

Well guys, take joy (or agony) in seeing that there will be 15 more MD dolls coming up @_@

So far there has been one 'GOD' (which I assume is the ones highlighted in red). Seeing how awesome Cuprit already is, I'm dreading facing 5 more 'GOD's of pure awesomeness.

 

So dose this mean she'll have hooves?

 

If I was in Vegas, I'd bet that it does mean that But we won't know for sure until we see the photos :-)

 

What is meant I think is the order of the elements n_n They have two different orders of elements on two different things, one on glot&glati's page and another on their MD legends... mathinger O.o

 

my question is... if next month is Bix and Venusiva... a crab and a scorpion, both hard shell dangerous critters.... exactly what kind of "god" will that one be? Anyone think of any critters that can meld them together or can oversee them? I thought a spider, but I think a spider would be hard to do as a "extra parts" doll, unless they give it extra human arms or something ;-)

Oh, Lobster god might do the trick I think I've ruled out a armadillo ;-) I think I'm working on about 3 hrs of sleep the last 48 hrs, so I'm getting really goofy, but I'm to crazy to go to bed ;-)

Question though, How many of each "spirit" does soom release for their Monthly Dolls? I imagine is not a very high number huh?

 

As in how money are up to be ordered?
It is pretty much an unlimited amount, just a matter of getting them in that alloted time space; they do however put them up in batches of 50 and restock when that quantity runs out.

 

...or they could do that Eiko Dracula-style armor we've been pining for on and off. *continues to pine*

Aw well we have all been soomed and its worse now having some idea as to what they are up to.. But its going to kill us if they just start jumping around in the order. LOL

I think they are still going to do the Tiny then a SG then a Tiny and a SG.. It makes sense but who knows.. I hope they keep some sort of order so we can have an idea of whats coming up.

as for the Bix , Vesuvia "god" I think a spider would be neat but I doubt it.. maybe a Male scorpion would be my guess. That could be cool.

Culprit seems to be a over detailed Version of Beryl so would would guess that thats what the 2nd land will be.. sort of a blend of the two before it.

My guess is the 1st land will be in 2010 and will be the Mecha Angels. Just a guess..

Yes, they do "re-stock" during the ordering period.

Soom's MD are limited to the 3 weeks period for you to order. Since the site uses an on-line shopping program, Soom Staff needs to enter a number into the program as "inventory" so the shopping program can accept order. So when each of the pre-programmed quantities are sold, the site will have a "sold out" sign. Then the next day, the staff will "restock" and you can buy more.

They will "re-stock" until the ordering period is finished. They do not "restock" after the ordering period is over.

 

I too think they'll be sticking with the teenies one month super gem the next pattern.
What concerns me is, like I mentioned before, the actual order in which they release the elements.

I think we can assume that each teeny month will be both a boy and a girl, but I guess the super gem's will alternate between male and female as the zodiac dolls mostly did.
So therefore, if the March doll is a super gem girl, the May doll will probably be a super gem boy (whatever the element may be). So those of us who don't do boy dolls or girl dolls can at least assume we're safe certain months *laughs*
The teenies will kill us ALL though!

Anyway! All this madness and a day with nothing to do has me sold, I'm off to the soom store!
I wonder if they'll have info about Cuprit up yet...

 

I'm just praying that somewhere in this year is the plans for a grey girl :-)
