    1. Though definitely out of my size range, I'll admit I found it really, really neat they not only quoted Dante's inscription for the gates of Hell, but also played off the frozen Hell theme for Cuprit herself--and of course referenced the Norse Hel while they were at it.

    2. I've just post on Soom's Q&A board about Cuprit's body, and asked if it was possible to have naked pics and comparison pics.

    5. Can anyone tell me her wigs size? I can't see anyof the writing as I'm viewing the site on a mible phone. I'm window shopping for the perfect wig, I've seen some I like but I don't know if they will fit.

    7. 68cm may be the size when she has the hooves on, because I know the Beryl is 68-69cm with hooves. Otherwise she'd probably just have longer leg parts like the Heliot did.

      Her wig size should be 8-9 inch. :)

XD It's actually got me feeling very happy, even though I just demolished my entire savings for my dream doll to do it. :sweat But it's okay, since he's an unlimited.     10. Well, I know they call it something else but it is still hooves on Helio and Amber. Don't get me wrong, I love the hooves, they are gorgeous. I just want to see the awesome things they can make other than hooves...

      Regardless one way or another she is really gorgeous. The more I look at her face the more I am taken to her... luckily I have swore off large dolls... :>

    12. I've seen the full body pics of Cuprit - and I just went "Meh."
      Don't get me wrong, she's a pretty doll, but she looks like Beryl v.2, or Beryl's mother/older sister. This is Soom's 7th MD with hooves and some type of horn; the novelty is starting to wear off.

      Now if she'd been some sort of dragon, with clawed legs a'la Euclase, I would have been Soomed so hard. I'd love a girl version of Euclase, just without the grey skin.

    14. Now that I've seen her entire body I kind of feel...I dunno like anouther hooved doll from them..it seems a little overdone now. Don't get me worng she is beautiful and I love the hooves being in an icy kind of transulent state but it seems like they do the hooves so much. *shrug* I have to think about this one...

    15. Eek. After missing Beryl, I thought I was never going to get a non-second-hand doll... but Cuprit is actually closer to my ideal doll...

      I hope no one minds me asking, but could someone explain Soom's layaway system to me? I've never bought a doll before, and am pretty much a complete newbie. I've searched the Soom threads, but the explanations of Soom's layaway system tend to be very confusing. I think I might need someone to help me through it step by step >.>;

      I'm sort of paralysed by the fear that I might accidentally commit to paying AU$1000+ all in one lump sum, when I can only really afford $300 or so a month :sweat

      Right now I've got Cuprit+Faceup+EMS shipping (US$832.90) in my cart... What do I do next? I'm going to be paying by Paypal, if it makes a difference ^-^;

      (If people would rather reply to me through PM, so as not to clutter up this thread, I'd be fine with it ^-^; Apologies to everyone for being such a newb ;))

She does remind me of a less stern looking version of Beryl. :lol: Which is nice to me 'cause Beryl wasn't really my style . . . but it seems that a lot of people are a bit tired of hooves for now. xD I guess it makes sense since really, if you wanted a hooved Soom doll of either sex, there's a good chance you already bought one! If I hadn't passed on Heliot and Amber I wouldn't have been nearly as excited about Cuprit.

      bunnyluv, I imagine that the SG girl body is so curvy it would be hard to mod, but perhaps you could look into putting the legs/head on a boy body, such as Luts? I seem to recall seeing such a hybrid here on DoA somewhere.

    20. Ooh, okay! Just to check a couple of things (sorry :sweat) -
      *You mean the comment field on the Soom form, yes? Not the comment field you get inside Paypal?
      *Are the layaways a maximum of four months? I seem to recall Heliot having 5 payments, but that was a one off thing, I think? Or is it a three month layaway, with four payments (1st, plus three more each month)?

      I'm thinking I should write: "I'd like a four month layaway plan, and so I'll be making a payment of $209 on each of the 28th March, 28th April, 28th May and 28th June, for a total of $832.90".

      Is that about right?
