haha, i am certainly one of those "all kinds of people."
i planned on putting one on layaway when i get paid, which is only in two days! so i'm definitely crossing my fingers and praying to the heathen gods of materialism that he's back in stock later this week.

this may be a dumb question- does any one know if the paint job on the hooves is included with the blushing option? i personally don't consider that blushing which is why i ask.

 

i sure hope he comes back in stock too....dont wanna have missed out on vega last song AND Sard

 

Waay earlier in the thread, this was confirmed; the blushing includes the foot-job (yeah, THAT doesn't sound dirty ).

There aren't angery enough icons! They better restock Sard! I'm so enraged! I wasn't even waiting until I had $$ I was waiting for a question on the Q&A board to be answered and I was going to order him on Monday!

i don't know if vesak day is celebrated in korea (it is in S.E. asia) but it was on monday, so perhaps that might have caused delays in production, updates and replies. :3

Praying to heathen gods is always a good approach! I'm sure he'll come back in stock. Soom would be stupid not to, they'll sell sooooo many more and make like a million dollars.

 

somehow i get suspicious with the " We will let you know about restock tomorrow. " thing =___=. i mean, first bad impression do kind of lasts for me and all (doesn't help that there's the idea this is nothing but a false promise, especially the "we will let you know" part =___=)...

But since i really want this guy i would force myself to hope (that they do restock him at the time i'm not yet supposed to be at work, i mean not all international customers live in America anyway =___=), and just force myself not to sleep too tightly and spam refresh on the Sard page like crazy (it's like, 2:41am right now here @___@).

moral lesson: don't post questions on weekends, for it would likely be answered VERY late or not at all >___>, and just buy immediately and cancel later =___= (though this is questionable)

...i better stop posting. this is getting too depressing-___-...

 

This is my first time buying from Soom (or will be if Sard is restocked) and I'm very unhappy. (this coming from someone still waiting patiently 3 months for tanned Latis). If they don't restock I may never buy from them- only revenge I can manage....

 

i've haven't heard about soom reneging on their promises (the way LUTS has been known to do), so perhaps we may still be lucky? :3

i've been considering getting a super gem for awhile, but so far, all their male sculpts didn't really appea to me until now. :0 so i really hope they're just taking a breather for now and will refresh his stock in awhile.

 

Yay, I couldn't agree more! So far I have Mr. Merman and Spinel, and I must say- their faces are simply gorgeous, the pictures can never really do them justice. Magic! Soom is clutching me within their lil' resin hands, I'm worried that I will never be able to afford dolls from other companies ever again Spinel, Vega, Rex, Beryl and Sard- and desperately wanting a Sabik to go with them. Nonononononoooooooo... puhh, I am SO glad I don't have a credit card Maybe I can have elf Sabik a few months from now in the next release?

But sticking to the case. I am really excited about the new hoofy beauties, if they are anything like merman Vega, I will probably explode with happiness! The face-up and bodyblushing is exquisite, so detailed, I think it brings out the best in the mold and then some- I mean, who can manage to take an "androgynous" facemold, sprinkle it with glitter, and make it look like a very, very handsome man? Heeeeeelp is my only thought concerning monthly dolls, if the fantasy creature trend continues. Almost hoping that the geminis will be a two headed giant Ogre, so that I will not get tempted again!

Oh, about thedefault eyes of Sard. I'm pretty sure they are one of the "nada" eyes, probably Darkorchid or Orchid.

 

i shouldn't presume, since i haven't even managed to secure one for myself, but i'm hoping his eyes will be able to take 16mms, because i have some rather gorgeous 16mm glass eyes with no one to wear them, and seeing him wearing his default has me thinking that those eyes would look awesome in him!!! ;__;

 

This is a bit OT, but I'd probably buy that.... xD I've been toying with an idea of a two/three headed bjd for a while now. I don't know how that would work, but it'd be so amazing~ :3

Anyways, I can't tell you how happy I'm that Sard didn't make me wanna have him like Beryl did. He's really pretty, but I prefer a female Dia. Those clothes on the other hand... OMG! Sooo pretty~ :3 (Of course I didn't have the urge to buy him just to get the clothes that I actually don't need...)

Is the wings attach to the cloak? I hope not because I cannot tell from the photos. It doesn't seem to be that way. For Beryl it seems like it ties to her with the pink ribbon (which they strap on to her shoulder and wrap around her neck?) But I could be wrong about that as well. Perhaps it's both magnetic.

Hi! How long does it take you guys to get a reply from Soom? I ordered Vega merman and still haven't gotten any reply, although it shows up on my account status that I ordered and payed for him at Soom. Some of you have gotten replies about Sard, but how long did it take you before you heard anything? Should I be concerned?
