Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Do not arrange for any sales or splits of any kind outside of the Marketplace. People without MP access are certainly participants in Discussion threads. Sales and splits made outside of the Marketplace subforum help people without MP access get around the rules which is considered a serious offense.

      Thanks for your attention to this detail.

      Back on topic, I have my down-payment ready for him. Just waiting for him to be back in stock. :clover

    12. Ditto, I've never done layaway with soom before. From what I read in their faq, you have to specify in the order form that you are doing layaway, and then split it into 5 equal payments and make sure the first payment is in right away.
      But now I am on the page where it tells you to pay the full amount. *scratches head*

      Order Process:
      1. Place an order through our site and fill out the order request with the second and last payment date .
      2. Divide the total amount by three(*takes from top*unless order is over $500 not including shipping fee, in which case you can make five payments, hense divide by five instead)
      3. Make the initial payment
      * we ususally check our Paypal/bank account everyday.
      4. We will not send you a bill for the 2nd or 3rd payments. We will only contact you if we don't receive your payments in a timely manner.
      5. We will ship your order when your payment is completed

      I think in the full amount page you put in the first payment amount.

    16. Ok. If you guys are going through Paypal, I may be able to help, I did it for Beryl.

      You get an email containing your order information. It has a really long order number on the top. What you do is divide your order into parts, 4 or 5, depending on how much you're paying altogether. Now, go to paypal. Choose Send money, and send to [email protected] (or .net... I'll check, but it's on Soom's paypal info page) and only put in the first payment amount to send. Like for Beryl, I had to pay 809.45 or something like that. My first payment to them was 161.48 or something like that. You put your long order number in the "notes" section in paypal, along with your name.

      Then send it. What I did afterward was drop a note on the Q&A board with my long order number, and saying that it's layaway, and that I sent the first payment.

      They aren't expecting you to pay it all upfront, it's just letting you know that that is the entire amount you will have to pay.

    18. It doesn't give you the option to lower the amount from the full amount...

      Still, I don't think that we actually have to open that page. Their pp address is in the faq section somewhere so I think you just go and independently pay them the first payment.

      ETA: Everything Gennii Drominda said. That was my impression of it when I read the faqs.
