Can you tell Soom you need a month layaway and split it into 2 parts?

 

Yep, the no tail part is a bit of a bummer. There is not a tail with the outfit either, is there? I mean, I think I could commission one or make a really awesome one to match whatever color wig I decide to get with him.

 

I love his face and the claw hands...not entirely sold on the paw feet...maybe they'll grow on me.... not sure about his furry ears either but the basic human head is to die for XD his outfit is meh to me as are the eyes...would love soom to put in some other eyes than pupilless for their monthly dolls

now to try and resist until he's sold out. My poor wallet doesn't need another dolly to make it any flatter...

 

Well, you might want to be safer than sorry? I mean, things do come up for money that you never expect to. So just maybe say you want a layaway for 3 months but pay off the doll sooner and in a month like how you want? :0

 

The outfit has a tail, more or less. It's coming down from the shoulder. But I wanted a curved resin tail, like a wolf's. Ah well.

Oh dear, looks like I spoke too soon about being safe from this guy. >.< He looks a LOT better to me now that we can see all of him. I'm not really interested in wolfy-dolls but I must say those paws of his are strangely appealing, and his ears are so unique! The pupil-less eyes every month are getting rather annoying, though.

. . . and am I the only one who is vaguely reminded of an Asian pop star by him? xD

 

you know, I have several dolls that are werewolf characters, so i was a little worried I would fall in love withhim, thankfully for my wallet I didn't, I don't know what it is but lately I am finding most of the Soom MDs to look too pouty and sulky for my taste, I mean they are still beautiful and I stare at them a lot, seek them out when they show up on DoA, but well....I just don't need to own them (except maybe eucalase....one day, one day, when I am rich...yeah right)

That siad I am REALLY impressed by how Soom is achieving the leg sculpts

 

and I agree witht his, I was looking forward to seeing a tail too

 

Yeah, I would have needed 2. King tends to let his tail out when he gets excited and to have that "wagging" in some pictures would have been cool!

 

So far I had been safe from the monthly dolls, but I adore Chrom's human head! Gorgeous!

I've got to show him to my friend who is a furry and into wolves.

I know a lot of people were looking forward to him because of the wolf thing, so they could make their wolf characters and such, and just generally excited for a wolf doll, but it seems so far that the human parts are the most desired. O:

I really like both the wolf and hunam heads. Soom did a really nice job with the feet too! Very pleased. ^^ Just knew there would be paws one day.

 

Ditto! xD I was most worried about how his nose was going to turn out, but he absolutely blew me away. Goodness. I had a feeling I would be Soomed when it turned out he was a male wolf, but . . . I never expected to fall this fast and this hard for a doll.

Ugh. I love his face and his legs make me squeal like a school girl. To believe I've held off this long on Soom monthlies. xD Bix almost got me (and he really did when I saw his beautiful face in owner photos, but that was too late) but Chrom . . . Chrom, Chrom, Chrom. He's coming home.

 

Well, I thought he will be better. Really - if he is a warewolf he should be better made. I don't like his hands, I don't like the nose - shape from the profile is great but it is to small and thin from portraits! Chrom's shape is a little... like a stick. If he is a wawerewolf - he is an anorectic one.
But his ears are quite something...
And his legs... OMG!!! they are wonderfull. I will have to seriously think about joining to a split about them...

I knew I wanted him even before
they released the teaser....
but is anyone else pretty disappointed
that his hands aren't really sculpted furry??

Also they aren't painted as in the teaser..they
look like naked resin! Where are the glossy
black nails? I really wanted furry hands, for those
that say no biggie...it's easier to sand away than sculpt it on.

I'm wondering if it's worth the cost of body painting
for plain claws and feet (to quote another post) that
look like he went through mud. Wheres the cool
multi fur colors Soom?
Don't get me wrong...I'M GETTING HIM...but I
was dreaming of him being something more

 

well, there is a little bit of fur on the hands, and the nails are painted in silver.

 

It's not a WOODPECKER ! There are no FUR MARKS on his body !! Soom always surprises me .

He would make a marvelous black panther.

 

I plan on doing my own, so it's not that big of a deal to me.
