I have just seen his photos.... I am dead.... T_____________T I don't have enough money to buy all those amazing montly dolls... argh.... going to check bank account... sigh...

 

Ah, I had a feeling he'd be gray. It somehow works for his character, but even though he's dead sexy & the hawk feet are freaking awesome, it's still not enough to make me get over the thing I have against the resin colour. Oh, well. Safe from temptation!

LOL! Well I wasn't impressed at the start and thought I was safe...Yeah, been wanting a Corax for ages...one of the first doll concepts I dreamed about. Course Hubby said if I wasn't going to get him he sure was. So yeah, on lay-away I go!

I think I'd hate Soom if there didn't have layaway. The pain would be too much but at least I have a chance of getting this boy. Woot!

 

I need to not keep looking at him, he really is beautiful. As much as I like him, I can't justify a buy. I'm partial to the girls anyway.

Thank goodness he isn't tanned skin, otherwise I don't know what I would have done! Put him on layaway I suppose. The gray skin is pretty, but not really my thing.

 

I wish they would just have the hands for sale - and the ears. Those are the raddest things about him.

 

He's beautiful~ I wish I could see more though. For some reason the really long collage of pictures won't load for me. ;.;

But yah... I am Soomed. He's perfect for a character that's been in my head for a loooong time. The grey resin is a thing of beauty

I'm very glad he wasn't a straight Anubis doll. I think I would have been doomed...gray resin or not. I went through a long period where I was totally obsessed with Egyptology, and Anubis has long been one of my favorite Egyptian gods.

Then again, if he had come with an Anubis head, I coulda just bought that and stuck it on my Io.

 

Well I am still thinking to buy him -.- anyway if I will buy, I probably sell the sleeping head with ears that are not for me XD so... I only need to catch my wallet, if I find where it is hidden XD (it fears me a lot since Soom started with those damned montly dolls =___= I am soomed beyond any way to help indeed.... (I bought every montly boy released except Bix... please Soom release something I dislike, maybe more females... not females as Beryl -.- )

He is stunning- I love him so much as Horus even though I thought he was Anubis (still would lovea doggy one though hehe). I'm doing a splits- getting his outfit, claws and hands no idea what on earth I'll do with them, but looooove them

Well, since the photo set came out on my birthday, I took it as a sign.

I got him. The gray skin, the expression on the face, the Egyptian theme - all of it speaks directly to me.

and I'm a libra on the cusp, so I've got a lot of that "justifying" and "MUST HAVE" at the same time.

I didn't get the face-up or blushing since I can do that myself, but I did get that costume. OMG, it's magnificent! Complete with the beading and the bracelets and headpiece and everything!! Just amazing.

Of course, I'll have to make some other clothes for him, as well. :P

*sigh* and now we wait, eh?

...Can't even use the excuse of already having a layaway to not get him since onyx will be paid off in two days....if he's still available at the end of the month, I think he's coming home with me.

One minor consolation (very minor) is that I'm pretty sure I have those eyes already (soom lilac, by the looks of them) if he takes 14mm.

Am a bit confused by the costume description though as it has loincloth (black) but in the pics, its looking pretty white to me, so wonder if that was a typo or not - would have preferred a black one actually.

Wish some of the pics were a little lighter though - get the whole shadow, "angel of death" thing that they've tagged him with, but couldn't they have given us a moon lit/ sconce lit shot or something to get a better look at him??
