    1. Now that we know that the Sard mould is the Dia - any ideas on who/what Euclase is? And the Onyx is SO gorgeous!!!! I'm behind on my mould identification - who is she? And will those grey heads fit on this boy?

    2. Euclase looks like a completely new head to me. I fell in love with that face instantly -- it seems very different for them in a way, though it might just be the faceup that is creating that illusion. It wouldn't surprise me to see it or a similar one turn up on a SG girl in the future, though.

    4. I agree. I think the other Monthly heads/Super Gem heads have been much more realistic whereas Euclase seems like a completely new and rather more anime/manga aesthetic for them. More like their Gem heads but very beautiful regardless of where he fits in for them.

      I hope they continue releasing new heads for the rest of the monthly dolls...but my wallet doesn't.

    5. I'm pretty sure Beryl, Onyx, Bix, Io, Topaz and Euclase are new head sculpt releases. They really don't look like the other Super Gems and MAs. Bix is most similar in style to Lazule but he's not the same head. So they've only used three exsisting head molds for the Zodiac dolls: Deneb, Vega and Dia. (Although Deneb came out as a Zodiac doll before she was a regular release I think)

      I'd love to see Euclase cosplaying Azhrarn Prince of Demons! If his skin were darker I'd have to go with my favorite Uhlume Lord Death to pair up with St. James gray Onyx cosplying his usurper Narasen Warrior Queen of Merh. And then I'd have to come up with a Chuz Prince of Madness. >__<

    6. There's a lot of speculation that Bix is a heavily modded Spinel. I didn't see it at first, but with his cheeks thinned down, his eyes opened just a touch, and no cleft chin the resemblance is definitely there. This Spinel is what finally convinced me...

      Topaz has looked like she was maybe based on or inspired by Saiph... she's like a Supergem version of her. I wish they would do the same for Rex...

      Also, I sincerely don't believe Deneb to be a Zodiac doll... I look at the price and it it doesn't suit the other Zodiacs... Also, it looks to be more in style with that other tan doll on teh site ._.

    10. I do hope the eyes are open. I can see the blue streaks, but you have to be staring at the pictures for like hours upon hours like I did I think, lol.

      I agree that a lot of the detail is lost in the edited pictures, thanks for posting these! :)

      Wow. That is some excellent dectective work. What a sexy Spinel! I thought I had successfully stalked all of the Spinels on DOA.

      Anyway, I really hope they use all of these monthly sculpts again. If I had noticed the Saiph resemblence I would definitely have brought Topaz...curses! I'll just have to console myself with Euclase. :)

      I love my Sabik but MAs are such a pain to clothe. I would love a supergem version of him, and Rex too.

I wanted to get at least one full-set doll of the monthly dolls & missed out on Sard and Beryl; so I just couldn't pass up an Egyptian boy. :D For awhile I was kind of on the fence trying to figure out where I was going to get the money, then my CC company decided to randomly up my credit limit. It's like they know... O______O

    19. I had no problem ordering my Sard at the very end of his order period. AFAIK, the monthy dolls haven't sold out before their order period, so far... (this is said optimistically, since I'm still thinking about Euclase, and will wait to the last possible moment!) *_*
