SOOM Monthly Doll September the Second Land: Sphaler - Millennium Mireu

Some Kirins have hooves and some have claws too... judging from the hand, I'd like to see claws more than hooves.... it would be an awesome combo if he had claws... :>

 

i need him, his sweet face in combination with his evil hands are making me want to hug him.....

i almost got a mini heart attack seeing the news about his release but i'm glad i'm not tempted to purchase him. he's lovely though but i guess my money's on soom's idealian for oct. (:

 

I had absolutely no desire for a gray-resin version of Heliot (I'm perfectly content with my white one ), so I may be biased... and I'll wait until they release more pictures before I really say "yes" or "no" to him... but from what I can see so far? He's freakin' gorgeous.

 

It's not the painkillers. I'm not under the influence of any unusual substances and I feel the same way. Maybe because he's *not* got the more Soom-ish pout like Heliot, he's not displaying any attitude, he's not even looking at you, he's just *there*, making no demands of you. He's just...existing, in that pic. As if you've got all the time in the world, he'll wait for you...even though *Soom* won't!

He's like the uncursed cousin of Angelheim Zion.

 

This is what I'm hoping. I've been addictingly watching Twelve Kingdoms and loooove kirins. It might have been easier as well to do two horns instead of one. People seemed to have a lot of issues with the one horn while 2 is more out of the way and behind the head.

This is a long shot, but he makes me think of a Peryton, best of both wolrds - a stag and a bird. His hands could be bird-like, but he could have hooves. But he'd need wings though this picture may just have him not wearing the wings. Though a dragon tail still would be epic.

 

That's it exactly. He's just so graceful and calm, yet powerful at the same time, you just feel really drawn to him. Looking at him is relaxing in some ways.
Shame his price tag won't be relaxing AT ALL!!!!!! Curses to Soom!! xDD

While I think I am safe (and I never thought I would say that about a dragon doll) I will wait to see how the rest of him pans out. Even if this guy does not float my boat, perhaps we will see mini dragons someday?

It's refreshing to see Soom taking a new direction with their style for this one....

I would think they would save the Bird for air, which would be Galena, yet I though they would save the antlers for earth, which is Chalco...

Those hands are interesting, it makes me think he is a bird person, with the wing like removable parts around the ears.

Oh WOW. I'd never been a fan of the full pouty lips of the big MDs, so Sphaler is a big change and I like him! And his clothes...!!! *is a huge sucker for Asian-inspired outfits* I definitely can't afford him, but this is the first time I've come so close to being Soomed. Can't wait to see the full pictures!

Your story makes me sad and think about my own situation.. I'm glad you're in a good relationship now though :3 Without being too off-topicy..

Soom is confusing me ;-; Hoof little molded after Hoof big, with a Hoof boss.. Wolf little not molded after crustacean big, with Wolf boss.. Finny little not molded but inspired by finny man and amazon-galactic-woman, with Finny boss.. Two colored unicorns molded by the fusion of a unicorn and two colored humans with a DRAGON boss?! o_o; ::mind explode::

It makes me worry for Galena since I was hoping for a bird-legged woman, once again I have NO idea.

He actually does remind me a lot of Zion.. I'm also very Anti-Boy, but I think he's pretty. I'm really curious how the rest of him looks >_>;

I can't believe the way people respond to these dolls o_o; If you don't like it, criticism is fine sure.. companies run on what the people want.. but to just blatantly dismiss such thought and work as "This is your worst D:" just boggles my mind. "UGLY F___!" <- What the heck is that?!

I think his feet might be a little like Euclase? It looks to me like the ear ruffs will be detatchable, like the coral part and fairy ears.

I'm dissapointed. I finally get Soomed the last couple of times after hating on Soom for the past few months. And I started saving up for this MD and...this. I don't know why, but so far, I'm just not feeling it. I was so excited too!
His feet better be AWESOME, or else he's deffinately not comming home with me. (Not like I like his face a bunchies either). *hopes the Idealian is more promising*

 

Based on what i've seen so far it looks like it might be a Kirin (Qilin). I cant wait to see the rest of him...
