Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     4. yes, body blush can get worn off by handling, and the joints rubbing.....but recently, there were so many problems with the Beryl doll's blushing. it chipped off quite easily, and the colors were not good, or consistent. some were very yellow, not a pretty look! also, some had a matte finish, and some had a metallic finish. i know a lot of doll owners were very unhappy with the blushing.
      because of Topaz's golden tone, i worry that the body blush will be yellowish. i would rather do my own, depending on how she looks.
      i realize that Beryl is a completely different doll, and having the legs with the hooves feet was a big part of the problem.

    6. They start with a wire frame then they are covered with lightweight plastic that is melted to the frame. Then they are cut out and decorated to finish off. They are very lightweight and quite durable, not anywhere near as fragile as they look.

      It says on Topaz's page that she comes with heel feet rather than the basic flat feet. Does anyone know if Dollmore model high heel shoes would fit her? You know, it seems like they would... Has anyone tried model high heel shoes on a Beryl?

    12. I haven't tried Model doll shoes on a beryl, but I have loads of Model shoes so if someone has a Beryl and you run in to me, remind me to bring shoes to try on. LOL

      All that aside, I am gonna wager a guess that Model shoes will be too big. Those girls have REALLY big feet, same size as Hounds.

      I do know someone in Australia who has a Model and a Soom Dia, I'll drop him a note and see if he could get some shoe answers for us.

      My girl isn;t gonna wear shoes as she is gonna live in those amazing transparent pointy toe feeties :)

I was worried they'd be too big... but what does a fairy need shoes for anyway? :) Although I probably won't always have her with the transparent feet (even though I absolutely LOVE them!!), she seems the type that would prefer to go barefoot. Look at me. I'm talking about her like I bought her - which I haven't... yet.

    20. Just out of curiosity, do you think that SOOMs' monthly dolls will get around to capricorn? Or will it stop before then or skip? Capricorn is a goat! i'm hoping to see what that will be!

      This Virgo fairy girl though...she is fantastic!! I just can't justify spending that much on a doll right now. Now if this had come about AFTER my move...i'd be all over it. If I had the spare money to put her on layaway i would SO get her!

      Alas though she really does not fit into my plans, for my doll family rebuilt.
