Soom Monthly (Zodiac) Doll Speculation thread '08 Part 2

well vesuvia is now sold out.... two days early. i can't wait to see what the new doll is gonna look like

 

I won't be looking for December's doll to go up till near Christmas. Since every new doll seems to come out later and later.....

 

I got litterly no Xmas money, i'll jsut thick of my new boys as my Xmas gift/birthday months from now....can't wait to see what they'll have for this month

 

I'm hoping for a doll with bow and arrow!

 

I'm hoping its another doll I don't want. I can't afford sagittarius after DoD's cruel plans of another limited. I am curious so I hope they release pictures before the 24th which is my birthday and I'll be away from my computer.

But my Soom dreams are back, lol. Dreamed they shipped my IO and then Soom made an anouncement they were skipping Sagittarius and releasing Capricorn instead. '_' Seems the closer these release dates, the more weirder my dreams get lol. I did wake and get a shipping notice for my Akando, so part of it came true. XD

 

Soom definately owns me now. I just finished painting and stringing my Sard. I just stare at him. when I get Euclase and paint him, I probably won't even be able to breathe!

am very fearful of Sag. bow and quiver? fur-sculpted hip to knee? frowning face? I'm dead meat.

 

Well, I've set my heart on this one being male and at least having hooves. Since the Sards, this is the only doll I've been waiting for with real anticipation. The other dolls are sublime. Soom truly have some master sculptors working for them. However, they just weren't for me. But another boy with hooves... Please!!!!!

 

lol My Io finally came in last week, he's so wonderful! I've got him dressed in street clothes at the moment with his scarred face on. I still need to post pics.
But man, I'm still anxious to see what Sagitarius and Capricorn will be! It's looking like Souldoll will be releasing Chiron the centaur soon too, so for me it'll be desperation of which to get if Soom does do a centaur!

 

I think it will be a centaur. Cause it can't be a coincidence that Souldoll is working on one to be released at the same time that Soom is expected to release Saggitarius. And Souldoll has also quashed the reasoning in our speculations that "a big centaur wouldn't work, would be too heavy, etc. etc...." So yeah.... just waiting to see who gets to own my soul by the end of the month....

 

Haha! It can work, that I had no doubt! XD On the weight is where the doubts are. I don't think that's gonna be a doll you want to carry around much. My Sabik was hard enough at six pounds fully clothed for all day at Mechacon. XD He woulda liked to break my arm off I bet. I can't even begin to imagine for a centaur! Well, either way, this month someone's going to satisfy the fans! lol I kind of hope it's Soom with Sagittarius. And doggonit, I should know how to spell Sagittarius by now! I work for such a named group in SL! I always have to look and correct it.

 

we will just have to wait and see no? but yea can't wait to see what happen

 

thinking of how they seem to take the zodiac symbol & translate it literally, i really can't see sagittarius being anything but a centaur. and more horns & hooves for capricorn. so we're all going to be soomed, soomed i say! xD

but man, i am so broke. my last bit of money belongs to mephistol, haha. xP so i'm still hoping i don't like them, hooves or no hooves.

 

someone's going to have to invent a four-leg-hole carrying sling, for sure! xD

 

Maybe we could put him on wheels like those Victorian toy horses you see on Xmas cards, and tow him around. Make him little saddlebags even ..... useful, and wouldn't he look nice under the tree?

So since everyone is pretty much hoping/decided that Soom is going to do a centaur for Saggitarius, what do you think they'll do for Capricorn and (if they continue to do Zodiac) the next Aquarius?

 

This what I am hoping, too! PLEEEEEZE! Just one more boy with hooves! I got all my hopes riding on a Goat-boy for Capricorn!

 

Deneb Planet Spirit was the first to show up with Zodiac stats, and she was Aquarius.

I want to see Soom make a Capricorn with a real segmented mermaid tail, and goat horns, and possibly goat ears too? (sort of like Euclase Meditation head, but smaller and cuter ) Oh and they seem to like creating limited eyes for the MDs, so eyes with oblong pupils like a goat too!
