Soom Monthly (Zodiac) Doll Speculation thread '08 Part 2

i hope they do a yearly thing next year and do the chinese zodiac. jack spicer, year of the monkey! that way we have time to save, and they aren't so backed up.

I think they have at least one zodiac doll to make next year, right? The January one? Or they wouldn't have all 12? O_o

 

Personally, i'd like to see some sort of flat out Centaur done professionally. I mean with a complete, four-legged horse body, and human torso. If they make that, I'm sold, i'm getting it. I don't care if it's over 1000 dollars.

 

If they decide to go for Chinese zodiac they really have flexibility in when they release them...they could even go for annual releases for that theme.

Yeah, I'm "soomed" too if they release an actual centaur boy (or even a girl, really)...there's no way I could resist that. My pocketbook will be so empty.

 

So is it two more dolls or three more? Cause we have Scorpo, Sagittarius and then Capricorn right? I wonder how they will fit all three in, unless Capricorn is released mid-Jan.

I would like it if next year they did the chinese zodiac with every year represented in a month. I would love to grab the snake and dragons ones. Ram and Ox would probably be similar to Sard and Beryl, and I would die for those of course. I'm not sure what they would do for Boar/Pig though. XD I keep picturing like Topez with a pig snout or pig ears or a pig tail. I wonder what kind of faceup they would give for tiger.

 

I hope next year they do nothing. Giving my pocketbook a rest.

Does anyone know or have any ideas of when we might see the teaser pictures of the next monthly doll? Im really hoping for a sexy male this time.

 

They usually post a teaser a day or two after the Four Five Days sale ends.

 

Yeah, I imagine it will probably pop up sometime tonight (whenever it's tomorrow for them). Atleast I hope, I want to see what Scorpio is!

 

I suspect the next will be a girl, though. Though it isn't exact, they do seem to go back and forth a lot.

Well...if it's a girl...Im sure she'll be beautiful and I'll be tempted. But keeping my fingers crossed for a male.

Sorry...one last question...are the jointed hands always available? Or should I buy them now? I don't yet have a gorgeous Soom guy but plan on it and the hands are available right now.

if they don't make a centaur, i think my buddy pinkpoogleh will go batshit crazy, haha. i'm the sagittarius but she's looking forward to it way more than i am.
I'm personally wanting to see capricorn really bad. Like a goat/mermaid think. Sard + Vega, haha.
Anyway, I've decided that I must get at least one MD now that I can finally afford it. These dolls are just too incredible.
