Doll companies need to stop coming out with amazing dolls - I want too many and I have to pick and choose! That being said I love that Rudy is being offered. I adore my Rudy I bought from vanori and I think she needs a gray sister! I’m definitely getting an outfit too. So many people want one and it’s great she’s being offered again.
I was just wondering if the next MD was going to be a petit gem. As cute as these two are, I think I'm safe. Hopefully those who missed out on the first run of Rudy will be able to pick up one of these. I hope they'll do some of the other petit gems in different colors. I'd love an Ondiin in brown tan.
Oh my goodness, I'm so glad Rudy is back up for sale. I thought the original colours were endearing, but I couldn't get either, which was a letdown. Now I'm facing a dilemma choosing between the two! They're beautiful! I'd love a light blue, glittery blushed white one, but the grey one is just oddly charming. Darn it...! Also, is anyone else thinking of changing the horns of their Rudy into goat horns? Deer fawns are cute, but a little goat! It'd be so cute! Anyways, I hope I can get enough money by the preorder date end. It's a shame that they're always so short. Maybe I'll have to search the market instead, if they don't release another one next year. It doesn't seem likely that it'll happen again...
I caved and bought Rudy in a heartbeat I love white deer! I've had my eye on Ondiin for a year, and will probably get her too if she re-releases. I wish Soom would do a mix and match part event for Petit Gem XD ;;
I placed an order for a gray Rudy with all the options. I’m excited to have twin Rudy’s! They are so adorable and I got one black and one white outfit so they both have a little dress.
I just found out about the Petit Gem dolls, and I am so in love with them. Anyone knows when/if a new petit gem is going to be released soon?
@Sewb Soom seems to release one every few months. The last being in Nov. A re-release of their Christmas/winter gem Rudy. And it's always random. Waiting around is the best advice I can give.
Roughly every 3 to 4 months, according to the last 5 releases. I recently got my Rudy is (super quick!), and a friend was asking if the magnet feet can hold her on every metal surface... well they do. I unfortunately still have no idea how to blush her x.x
Thank you @Doko She's wearing 12mm eyes from Soul in a Box - although I had to sand her eyewells a tad bot on the outer edges to make them fit better (10mm would have been better probably).
I just bought a Leepy from the mp! Im so happy to finally have gotten one. She will be in good company with my DC Fiona named Sol who is white. So then my grey Leepy should be named...Luna.
I received my Rudy yesterday! She’s beautiful but I was surprised to find that none of the magnets were put in (not sure why I was surprised, I guess I was caught off guard). Does anyone have any tips for putting teeny tiny magnets in all over and not ruining the faceup or blushing? I’m so nervous to ruin something!
@*Earthbound_Angel* This reply might be too late, but I used superglue for mine! I used one of the little tubes with a small tip to get into the small holes for the magnets. I used maybe half a drop for each(if that lol), I didn’t want any to ooze out and I figure if they pop out later I can just reglue them. It’s a little scary, but not actually so bad!
@Sam-I-Am It’s not too late! I have to get superglue at the store. I’ll be really careful and get the smallest tube I can find!
