Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     7. i did layaway, and i also got a soom receipt emailed to me. perhaps it depends on the type of payment you make? credit card vs paypal vs money order? i did mine on a credit card....

    10. try to logout, and then login back again,then check if your order is still in your basket, the $abbatah one stay still in.
      I guess sometime the soom recepit get lost.
      But to be sure take your order reference number and ask a question directly to soom on their Q&A board.

    12. here's another question: i rushed so quickly to order her, and did not really read the details to the order. i put in my shipping zone (5 for the United States), and EMS (instead of EMS premium, because i figured that costs more money). I'm not familiar with EMS or with ordering from Soom since it's my first time. aside from the cost of the doll, i was not charged any extra shipping. can this be correct or am i missing something?

      Put your reference number on Q&A board and point it out that you was not charged of shipping fee,i think that an error occurred,so better ask.
