I've recevd a PM too, i didnt report this to a Mod ans simply telel here that i'm not a buyer fo Beryl it's justa my sietser $abbatah that buy her....
Probaly she/he getting confused as our nick are quite the same $abbatha for $avage....
I have not given much importnace....

Yeah, it was very upsetting. I am used to people making fun of my dolls behind my back but I'd never had someone tell me so directly that my doll looked so bad I should just sell it until then
Back then I was going though a rough patch, I lost a parent and I was very ill with a serious illness and I was half way though a degree. Dolls just weren't number 1 on my to do list. So I didn't dress them too well and let their makeup get chipped. I also used to refer to my DZ Megi as my "little ugly" because he looked so bad

In a way though I was quite flattered that someone wanted to buy my Beryl. I suppose it must mean I have impeccable good taste And believe me, I'm going to be a hell of a lot more diligent with how I dress her and how her makeup is done.

I'm just having a really hard time finding clothes I like for her >.<
Every time I see an outfit I like it's either too big or too small and everything that does fit isn't right for her. I'm getting rather stumped here DX

 

Awws, I'm sorry for your lost. I understand about not dressing your dolls to well. In fact, when I first got my first doll, I didn't have any clothing other than the clothing that was included with the company. I kinda gave up because the hobby was too expensive for me at that time. She was only out 2 times in clothing for a brief moment and that was about it. Since then, she's been sold.

Me too! It's so hard finding good clothing for her! I guess I have to find a seamstress or someone locally if they can do something for her. >w<;;

 

Hehe I just wish I could sew myself >_< I'm great at designing the outfits (fashion illustration is kinnda my job) and good at making patterns but I fail at the sewing part!

that person contacted me too and I said nope, not willing to sell...but it looks like she or he was having a problem understanding how to order, so I PM'd them thru the whole process and it seems like they were able to do another small order. I guess they thought they had to ask Soom how to pay instead of just paying, so it seems it all worked out in the end. I am not sure if they managed to snag one of the ones that were put up for grabs recently though...

 

I really don't know who he/she is, but tonight this users send a very unfair PM to my Sister,
She/he stated that the link was usueless, as the Beryl actually in MP wasen't full set, with default body blusihing, make-up costume....
and all $abbatha is tryed to do was helped her/him sendind a link.....?

 

(It seems like he's a guy since he says "I'm a honest guy" on his profile.) He's so ungrateful. I now wish I came down more harsh on him.

 

Omg, I love that black rococo style dress!!! D: Sighs...I'm hoping a doll company would invest some time in making clothes for bigger dolls like Soom or even Soom themselves.

That rococo dress is gorgeous, but Kuroraka-chan, don't forget the seamstresses and tailors on DoA....you could commission someone and I have definately seen at least two members that make fantastic rococo style dresses. Just an idea

UHM..your brother seems a bit rude to me imo..by the way in the waiting we are ..i guess 15 people..but maybe whos ordered Beryl don't browse often on DoA, so probably others ordered her,but possibly aren't DoA member.

 

I agree, people are so ungrateful, she was trying to be helpful and he was just selfish and lazy. Why doesn't he go look for her himself! Poor $abbatha! {{Hugs}} to you both!

You didn't ruin the fun at all! It's good for people to know what's going on behind the scenes, that's the only way that the other wonderful people on the boards are forewarned of wierd things going on. I think it's very helpful
