Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. It's been awfully quiet in this thread, lets bring some life to it! :D

      Two random pictures of Monclova and his little sister. I wanted to make a photoshoot with Bonsai and Monclova together and I did in the end, but these two pictures didn't fit in, so I'll post them here then. :D
      I recently posted two new shoots of Monclova in the gallery too.

      * You can fear the devil's eyes with just Monclova.
      * She's back in the atmosphere with his sister Bonsai.

    6. I have a request for the Dia-Tribe. If anyone has used a size 12 mm or even 10 mm eye in their Dia, could you show me a photo?
      My Bijou has only size 14 mm and I'm thinking they are just larger than I really like.

      It seems to me that the iris should be smaller for a more realistic look.
      My problem is that I don't know if I should try 12 or 10!

    8. TiggTea, thanks for posting those wonderful, atmospheric pictures. Those photos are amazing and they are the best example I have seen on DOA on how someone can change the look of their BJD from what is presented in promo photos. When I first saw Dia's promo pics I wasn't really taken with the sculpt. However, your pictures are incredible. I am a convert to the tribe of Dia lovers. I need to look through this whole thread to see other people's photos as well.

    14. ive never had any problems with the headcap coming off, so i wouldnt consider glueing it necessary, but then again, i like fiddling with the eyes of my dolls alot xD

    15. Wow he's gorgeous!
      I'm keeping my Dia a girl. Both my other dolls with magnets I have glued with rubber glue so I can get it off if I need to. I normally leave the eyes once I have the ones in I want. One of my magnets fell out and one made the face plate slip off onto bathroom tiles. I'm not very confident in them.

      I'm still in two minds about body blushing, does anyone have blushing on their girls?
      My male is blushed and looks amazing but the girls bodies don't seem to have as much detail on them. Any body shots available?

    17. Dia is one of the western looking dolls that have true beauty along with Volks SD 16 Amelia, Garnet and Ruby. I have always love the western looking characters and Dia both standard and rose queen versions aremvery impressive.

    18. I think I've decided on a new pair of eyes for Bijou. Taking a deep breath and hoping I'll like both the color and the size.

    19. I love her, but I think she looks a little masculine with natural make up and prefer rose queen face up. Just goes to show what a difference can be made with make up. Also, loving the teeth! :)
