Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I got an email today from Soom. My Spinel is shipped!!! It only took them 15 days including the make up! The bad news are that I won't have him before New Year's day, but who cares!! He is coming way earlier that I expected!! OMG the clothes, shoes and wigs I have ordered for him are not here yet:( I will see if I have anything left for him to wear. I hope they have included a wig in there because I have none left in his size.

      I am so excited the first Soom Spinel with custom face up!!

    8. I can honestly say that I understand what you are feeling. I have the same problem and yet many times, even after looking to as many pictures as possible and serious consideration, when the doll arrives, it turns out the this doll was not meant for me. So I will do my best to pic spam, especially now that I will have a brand new camera:D

    15. ok guys here is a wierd question. Some of you like me have gotten an early shipping notice for their Spinel. Does your tracking work?? Mine does not appear in the Korean tracking page and since the tracking number ends with KR I assumed that this the place I was supposed to track him. Any ideas?

    17. I just visited the page and when I copy paste the tracking number and press enter it redirects me to the Korean tracking page and I get the same result as before.

      It's a bit weird because there is not even a confirmation that the parcel was handed over to the post office...

    18. I've been tracking my boy at usps.com. I don't know what I'd reccomend for you, being outside the US... that's odd, though, that the Korean site isn't working.. I entered my number into the Korean site and hit the same problem as you. It says there's no information for that number.

    19. I've been tracking mine fine through Korean post. Although right now it's only telling me that he's on a flight to the US whereas the USPS site has him in bound into customs.

    20. I tried tracking my spinel with the number given by Soom. It didn't track on any of the sites I tried. And then he arrived! It took a week from notice from Soom to delivery at my door in the UK.
