Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     3. Ok guys the tracking number is working now. My boy is heading to Greece. The funny thing is that they replied to my message on their Q&A board and told me that the number they had given me was wrong and gave me a new one. When I tried to track the new one, it showed that the doll was already delivered in ITALY!! lol

    8. My Spinel arrived this morning too. So far I'm pleased with him and the jointed hands are just too much fun although they do have a feature that annoys me. The hands are attached to the wrist ball with a very simple locking mechanism that comes undone if you twist the hand a certain way. In the process of just doing some simple poses, its very easy to untwist the hand.


      About resin matchs: I was confused as to why some people said the match was great to Luts and others said the match was great to Volks since those two resins are NOTHING alike. Well... SOOM normal skin is basically right in the middle! So SOOM NS is a little more pink than Volks resin. And Luts NS is a little more pink than SOOM. This observation is made under the most unflattering lights in my house which can highlight even the most subtle differences in resin colour. Under most normal lighting conditions, I can see how the match to either resin would look very close.

      nic: I duno, I just selected default and that's the faceup they gave... I was kinda surprised cos I thought the facial hair would be darker but the person who's getting him is quite happy with it so it's all good :3

    20. I got my Spinel from the post office today:D I have never been happier to lift a heavy package ;) He is soooo handsome :D Soom did an excellent job on his face up. Not quite as the picture I had sent them, but I like him even more this way. I think he has a "Lestat the vampire" thing going on there. So here is a teaser and the rest are in the gallery.

      While I am utterly in love with his face, torso and hands, I cannot say the same about his legs. I think they are too muscular for my taste... It got me thinking if I could keep his head and replace his body with something else. Maybe a BW hound, since I got him in BW. He is very white!!! I believe even more white that the Luts BW. I had a brand new BW Nanuri 2007 and she had a creamy undertone. I will decide after me meeting with Memole. She has a BW hound and there will be some head swapping;) Anyway the next few days will reveal to me if he is going to saty or if he is going to start looking for a new home. The good thing is that he has already picked a name. That's a good omen for me. Usually when I cannot find a name for a doll within the first the days she or he arrives I don't bond with them at all.

      As for clothing, he is wearing an old SD13 suit I have. While the pants are a perfect fit, the jacket is a bit tight on the shoulders and obviously the sleeves are on the short side. I really wish the clothes I had ordered for him were here.
