(Not that I'll change his name at all. He could afford to cause some confusion around here, I think.)

I did it! I was waffling btwn Soom Lami and Lati Green Lea .. but i figured, LG Lea isn't limited so I've ordered! (yet to pay SOOM tho since it gave me an error.. ugh.. will try tonight) Lami's surprised face was what cinched it, and the fact that his normal face is similar to Glot, whom I sold and now replacing with Lami. Perfect-o~
I am seriously considering Lami, but only if the skin is actually a baby pink color, so I'm hoping there will be some clarification on this soon! Both are adorable, but red resin wouldn't go with the rest of my dolls. If I do decide to go for it, it will be my first Soom!
Hello. Sorry to intrude, I've never posted anything on a soom thread before. Just a quick question. Does anyone know if the red is mixed on the resin, or just sprayed on. Thank you.
It should be resin-deep, if my Shonkis and my Tan Sooms are any indication, not a sprayed on color. That being said, if you do try to sand the seams, you will get a discoloration, as per the warnings on Soom's site, the same is true of their tans as well. .hlp
lisadragon: Congrats! I'm glad your order finally went through! Huzzah! It seems like alot of people are hooked on the idea of pretty pink resin. That's pretty surprising to me, actually, but I hope Soom comes out with some pictures of it for your guys' curiousity sakes. My Euclase's grey is not very deep at all. Practically spray on, though probably not completely. He got one scratch, it's not deep, it's barely visible, but it went right past his grey! I know I'm not the only one who had that problem, either! But maybe Soom has stepped up their game in that respect, since then!
I really like the surprise heads, but I'm not Soomed. Isn't it great that Soom is finally offering the option to buy a second body! I hope they keep this up!
Well, I am now eating my own words... I said I was safe this month but after seeing more pics, I really love the expressiond on their normal heads. The surprise ones are cute too, but I think I like the normal better. I don't like the devil idea really so if I get them it will be human only and they will need to be girls. ^-^ I am thinking right get Trachy because with the red resin I am thinking that one will be really hard to find second hand, and maybe not as hard for Lami. My idea for the moment is to make a tiny Red Queen to go with my Pipos Dark Alice and DD-Anne Cheshire (teehee, a Red Queen with LITERAL red skin! ^-^) I think I am going to try and find her a long black wig and the Pipos Red Queen dress on the MP. I also want to have a face from Soom but just a little heart shape on the lips similar to how Pipos did with their Red Queen (only in black since her skin will be red). And if I can get Lami later on the MP, then I think I will try and make her into the White Queen. ^-^
Zelinas: A little white/red queen would be adorable. I could see it. And I do think the Trachys are going to be more rare. When you look, people always buy the least expensive one, when possible. What are you going to do with your Trachy?

I'm already looking thru funds trying to figure out how I can manage it..I really want Lami..and I'd PREFER to have face-ups on both heads..but I think if it comes down to it the surprised head will be harder to face-up so I might just get that head with the face-up..I want the eyes..not sure about the wig..I might order that just in case. See...someone needs to stop me too!
I keep going between Trachy and Lami but either way I think one of these little ones are coming home. That surprise face is killing me. Too cute!
Oh dear. First Soom doll since Chrom that I actually liked enough to buy, and the first overall that I actually wanted to buy during the order period. I really hope that the baby pink skin isn't terribly pink... more like a rosey normal skin as opposed to actually full-on pink because that would be the one thing that will stop me from buying. And I'd be sad, because he's perfect for one of my characters. I already planned out an entire photoshoot with the surprise face and my other tiny... Oh, this is NOT GOOD.
Will try and get pictures for everyone!!! It might not be until next Saturday, but I'm already going to get my hair done at a salon just a few stops away on the same trainline that day so, as long as I finish early enough I can pop to Harajuku to take pictures before going shopping in Shibuya with friends! All depends how long my hair and nails take (I start at 11am but... getting a lot done!) but I'll definitely find a way to get there somehow! It's not really far from me at all, it's more just that I'm in major work crisis right now trying to get everything done before I go away (as 3 whole weeks became 3 weeks of nothing due to the earthquake!)
