Sooms new Elemental Babies! (Speculation)

another hell yes for tiny foxes! I'd need one as I have an OC they would fit perfectly~

 

Tiny Foxes would be really cute and sweet...I hope that we know more at the beginning of the next month... *crosses fingers for foxes*
But I'm afraid of getting a cute tiny now again after my afi and then in the next month there is again a doll that blows me away... >.<

 

Anybody else dying of curiosity over the new Soom MDs? I hope they will release a teaser pic next week!

 

Me too!! Really hoping to see a teaser/release next week....even though I shouldn't
As upset as I am with how Soom handles customer problems (or doesn't in my case)
they're still my favorite doll maker, not sure I would stay in the hobby without them.
Anyhow....yes please let there be babies next week

I don't know whether I want it to be little foxes next or not!
While I think little foxes would be adorable, I assume they'd approach them in the same way they did Breccia, which would basically mean we're about to see another set of CW tinies with no special resin parts and an overall quite natural vibe.
I'm try to make my collection more and more unnatural with each new dolly I bring home, so Soom going more natural would certainly not help things for me!
Now if they did foxes in a more fabulous way, THEN I'd be rolling around with the happy xD

 

I would LOVE if they did little spirit foxes! with transparent resins and such. an adorably frightening little thing!

Do we actually know the pattern? A whole new line has started with Breccia, so I suppose there might be a new pattern . From what we can read in Breccia's description, there may be only two release events for tiny dolls (they call them "small positive" and "small negative" if I remember correctly), in contrast to 4 adult dolls. But I may be totally wrong with this *lol*.

I'm not sure about the "just 2 tinies" thing, just speculating . But they had a table in Breccia's description that said "small negative" & "small positive", and from that I deduce that there are only two tiny releases. Maybe somthing more to the dark side and something for the lighter side. Breccia was "last negative", maybe because of her sad story. I'm sure we know more about the "pattern" with Soom's next release.

IMO tiny foxes would be too obvious. Soom almost always surprises us .

 

There are 6 ELEMENTS, not necessarily 6 dolls. And this series is there 2010 series, thus it has to last 12 months.
So the general feeling is that there will be 2 dolls/sets of dolls per element.
Now, whether this is SUPER GEM + TEENIE GEM as with last year, or whether they totally shake it up and do male super gem + female super gem for some of the elements, then for the small negative and small positive elements, they do 2 sets of teenie gems (totalling 4 sets).. Who knows!

At any rate, I'd assume at the least that there are 12 dolls/sets of dolls this year and based on the storyline, it seems that there will been tinies.

Yes, me too! Basically we are totally lost in speculations^^. Come on Soom, enlighten us! Hoping for teasers around next friday.

 

Hm, do you think they would make little fairy babies like topaz... or better yet, another topaz WITH baby helpers?

 

LOL! I remember last year, when they had releeased Glot and Glati, how absolutely mad everyone went. Because everyone had their faves, and Soom hadn't posted the storyline yet, so we didn't know who was Light or Earth or whatnot. I think a bunch of us must've posted lists up (In mine IIRC Amber and Heliot were both Light, for example) guessing, and of course as a result our thoughts on what the tinies would look like varied soooo much!

And then when Hati and Skoll came out, they were nothing like Bix or Vesuvia fantasy-wise, and we were all, like, Honestly, I've felt for a while that their bad sales were partially a backlash as people realized their fantasizing about miniatures of last year's (at that time) MDs was falling through, and there was some general bitterness involved with all that. By Chrom, we'd all recovered, and it wasn't as bad after that, but overall I think Soom has learned from that. It may be why we're seeing the tinies come out second now.

But I don't know that we're going to be seeing copies of last year, or even copies of Breccia, as not all the MDs followed their 'big' counterparts. But we're more ready for it now. Hopefully.

I've never been 'omg' about any soom doll but judging by what I can see of the faces... I be doomed...er...soomed...

 

My guess that they'd have pawed tinies next came true! and that was before the fox girl came out too. \o/

Though to be fair I think I guessed catgirls/catboys, but I had a feeling they were going to be pawed. xD

I'm safe. As cute as they are. :3 I'm holding out for birdies, my Zaoll and so forth. :3

 

Omg did Soom ACTUALLY DO FANTASY RESIN FOR US?!?!?
After all our speculation that they'd never do it, even though we really wanted it.. THEY DID IT!
I'd have NEVER thought of black either! I assume it's after so many people wanted a black unicorn for the light god last year, they figured that there was a call for it.

SO, let further speculation begin. WE DO have tinies these year, and it looks like we're getting opposites.
Does this mean that they might ALL be white and black pairs, or are we gointg to see other colour pairings too?
Might we see MORE FANTASY RESIN THIS YEAR????
