Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Pretty much the expected price.. just a little bit less than my Glot was for the full set!

      What did I say? They'll release them at 23:59... well, they got all the info up and ready for us to order them at exactly.. 23:59.
      WELL DONE SOOM!

    6. Jirachi: Ooh, cool - I think they are really pretty and delicate outfits. :) Is the outfit more expensive this time, though? I don't remember Glati's being that much.

      Edit: Just checked and the outfit was cheaper, but the wings were done as another option part so that balances out. :)

      Don't remember at all how much my Glot's outfit was, and right now Soom's site refuses to load for me so who knows!
      I think it was the giant wings that upped the price for Glot and Glati, which is probably why Eliv and Iv are a little cheaper.

      Either way, Eliv is getting ordered the second she appears on the Japanese site!
      Hopefully I got in the split for Iv's eyes too!!
      Now where's our waiting room?:lol:

      Technically, I haven't ordered yet cause I have to wait for them to appear on the Japanese site which is apparently going to take a little longer, but I'm definitely getting a full set Eliv without fail so, I'm pretty much treating her as ordered!

      She's going to be the playmate for my Glot!:)

    13. Love the finny hands, hate the finny feet, and I don't like the detatchable ear parts- they are just begging to fall off and be lost! I would totally be happy to sacrifice versatility for MOLDED fin ears.

      The outfits are super cool- but SOOO pricey :( sad now....

    14. I'm seriously considering getting an Eliv. My grandma is thinking about getting one as well, though she's not sure which (it would be her first doll). I love everything about them: their cute little faces (who uncannily resemble the Puki Sugar), their fin hands and feet, their cute little shell ears, and their outfits are adorable too.

      But, after watching the trend of the newer Soom MDs, there seem to be 2 tinies of a specific type (hooved, pawed, etc) then a large mommy/daddy version of them. So, maybe it would be beneficial to sacrifice the cuteness of these two, and save up for a big mommy or daddy version with finny type parts. Sigh - I just don't know. :/

    15. That's so cool that your grandma is into BJDs. :) Eliv and Iv do have a very cute smiles, don't they?

      I think which doll you go for depends on your general size preference - I really like the cuteness of the smaller ones, and I'm not entirely sure where I'd put one of the really big MDs without completely restyling my room (which I should probably do anyway, heh). Smaller dolls are easier to carry around places, if you like popping dolls into a bag and dragging them around for photoshoots, but the bigger Soom dolls do have an amazing presence. :aheartbea

You can split it into a maximum of 4 payments, sending a payment each month (eg. if you paid on the 1st July, sending your first payment (the deposit) then, then the second on the 1st August, etc.). I did it by paypal for my Glati, and it was really easy to do. Write down what dates and how much you are going to send each time in the notes with your order. :)

    18. My grandma has always collected dolls, though none of the resin varitey. I like that she's into them, as well. Aside from them just being awesome, her getting dolls also gives me more to play with.:sneaky

      I have all normal sized BJDs so far, aside from my teeny-tiny little Puki. I have a Glati on order from Soom, he'll be my first of that size. I won't really know which I prefer until he arrives, I suppose, and by then it may be too late.

      I'm so torn between getting the sweet little Eliv, and just saving up and hoping/praying that I love the big version. :doh

You send the first payment then (your payments have to be equally divided, so if you were doing it in 4 payments, it would be a quarter of your total), and put in the paypal notes that it's your first payment - you could copy and paste your order notes from soom, really. :) Don't worry, ordering Glati was my first time paying Soom and doing layaway, so I wanted to check everything too. ^^
