Souldoll Shiva [With 4 Arms Gray skin]

The problem I have with dolls that aren't limited is that a LE doll is always, due to time/number constraints, going to bump my 'regular' dolls back down the line! I still want a Souldoll Chiron, but I had to get Celena instead as she was LE, and as it was I ordered her at the end of the period, weh-weh. But you see what I mean, I love Chiron. I want Chiron. I am determined to have him, but if there's another doll I feel the same way about that I can only buy for a few weeks, I know I'm going to pop that ahead of the regular guys.

Now, there are non-LE folk here, but it's all a delicate timing act. I am really taken with Shiva, she's grey, she has four arms, so there's a lot of reason for me to be hopeful yet!

WOW WOW WOW. She's beautiful, I can't wait to see her in normal skin What a gorgeous face And it looks like her arms are on top of each other? SO COOL. Though I wonder how her shoulders will look.

 

For some reason I like her human form better, but I would love this head on her human body instead. Those 4 arms are freaking me out a bit. I want to see naked body pics of her still.....

 

I love her She is so pretty and and I like the idea of the four arms.. You could get some pretty fantastic poses out of them. I'm glad she's not limited because there is no way I can afford her right now.

 

Great that the new pictures are up. She looks gorgeous. I love her face and I love her resin.
But I'm really now a bit curious about the arms because they look a bit unnormal to me... >.<
A few days ago I really wanted to buy her but now... U_U I really don't know about her.

i love her arms and have lots of ideas for them but am unsure about her face ... she looks like Soom Galena to me ><;;; and I already have a galena sooo... she won't be coming home! Can't wait to see owner pics though!

Hmm... after all that, I'm not sure how I feel about her face!
I adore her body, outfit, faceup.. it's all just fabulous.. but I'm still on the fence about that face.
in some pictures it is absolutely STUNNING, in others it comes across as quite boring and non-descript.
This is one of the things I hate about not being able to see in person before buying, you really have no idea whether the doll looks like the more fabulous shots, or the less than fabulous shots xD

Urgh and I've said it once, I'll say it again.. WHY the human ears? They really don't do her any justice, in my opinion.
I think the reason I hate human ears on dolls so much isn't because it makes the dolls human necessarily, it's more than they always seem to look so OUT OF PLACE. Elf ears though, being unreal in nature, always seem to look great.
With Shiva being GS too, I suppose modding her ears would be tough?

Even though she's basic, I'm expecting her to be a SMALL FORTUNE all the same. Over $1000 for SURE don't you think?

 

With her outfit, makeup and assume body blushing for her hands, yeah she could be over 1K. I'm still waiting to see her naked body pics. It's her arms and how they are posed in the pics that has me curious.

 

I wonder if there will be a blushing option for the body/hands? It seems that Souldoll doesn't often offer that, and I really love those sparkles on her hands.

 

On I think some of the recent Tarot Card pages (don't remember exactly where) it said that the faceup option included faceup and hand blushing... I think it was Celina?
But out of all the Celina pics I've seen, I'm not sure anyone actually got blushed hands in the end. Perhaps someone can confirm this?

If you go and look at Kayla's pics, you'll notice she has very similar hands to Shiva in the sense that they are very shimmery.
I've wondered for a while now whether this is actually the resin, whether the hands have special resin of their own, or whether this is blushing. If blushing, is it included?
Going to the lengths to give both Kayla and Shiva very shimmery hands, then suddenly turning around and saying SORRY your doll won't actually look like this and we're not giving you an option to do so seems kind of weird to me, so I'm guessing these shimmery hands, however they're done, will be included.
I know I'll be upset if Kayla arrives without them!

You know she does remind me of Galena but I like her face a lot more. I think Galena's fatal flaw was the weird pronounced thing beneath her nose, other then that just make the nose smaller.
And that is what Shiva is to me; a Galena type but with a better face and fantasy part (I did not like the position of the wings personally).

 

Oh i just saw the new pictures!! She is AMAZING!! It looks to me like the arms are one on top of the other, which is perfect!! If you had four arms I would think they would be like that - one set of arms and then another above them. I am crazy about her. I'm getting her!!! I hope she isn't too much though!! I still want a Chiron too! I posted a question asking if they are going to provide body blushing like in her photos, and if you can display her with only 2 arms.

 

I really love this doll, totally want her lol. Am delighted she is not limited, because like others I can't afford anything right now. I'll be putting the pennies away, and hopefully soon she can come home ^__^

Oh, shoot me now. I almost talked myself out of her, (not crazy about her leg joints) but now... Doll-love so hard.

Late to the party, just saw the new pictures on her... she is really beautiful.
I don't think she looks like Galena personally, I think she looks better... I think it was because I am not a fan of the Soom eye positioning. Looks like her arms are on top of each other so if you want to buy clothes you'd need much wider sleeves....
She is so beautiful, I am especially a fan of her faceup. Though, Like Chantel she has these little itty bitty something on her lips that keep making me think of fangs.
